Amazing sound, the rear speakers make movies feel like the theater. Only negative is that the sound bar turns off automatically sometimes and then when you use the remote or manually power it on it won’t turn on. So I have to unplug it and plug it in again to get power. Not sure why this happens but pretty inconvenient.

great value for the money. Installed in my bedroom and I was pleasantly surprised at the high quality of sound. This allows me to have true 5.1 sound without a bunch of clutter or wires. Don’t be fooled by the size of 5” sub, let me tell you that bass was bumping, I used the Rocketfish SB mount so it could mount to the bottom of my tv, looks like the sb is floating... k. I’ll shut up great product for the cost!!

INITIALLY*☆ I got this item as a compact unit *EXPERIMENT* to replace a 12Yr. old Bulky/Heavy Sony Amp. 5.1 surround sound system that is hooked up to my Sony 51in. 3D TV. I wanted to make sure this item was in service for a couple of months so that I could provide an accurate review and my initial excitement would not bias the review. The only reason I did not give it a 5-star rating was because of the display mode. It is just simply a series of vertical LED dots so, you have to have the manual chart in order to understand the display. *☆This item is actually my 2nd unit. The first one was purchased back in mid-october 2019.

I like it. I wasn't looking for anything overly fancy. I just wanted solid surround sound and a subwoofer. I purchased this unit over the LG or any of the others specifically because it comes with the brackets to mount them. Other units did not include them so having them in the box made things easier when it was time to install. Photo is of 65'' Sharp Smart TV with sound bar.

I was expecting the sound bar itself to be much louder than it is. I’m somewhat disappointed that it isn’t. As far as looks, very easy on the eye and looks great.

Ordered Vizio E6 5.1 system after reading lot of reviews and deal price. So far the experience has been very good, Sound quality is top notch almost on par with high cost systems. Connection has been smooth and easy. Vizio has provided all essential cables, and that's really great considering the cost.
My brief analysis on usage so far -
1. Sound-bar and Subwoofer sound quality is good.
2. Surround theater experience has been good, remote has setting to increase surround effect and other settings, though no setting for satellite speakers.
3. Remote has several settings, and is lightweight easy to use.
4. Came with all essential wires, no need to buy anything from outside.
5. Satellite speakers and subwoofers are not very bulky, hence don't occupy much space.
6. Perfect sound system solution for small room's /apartments.
ew points where i felt could have been better to improve overall experience.
1. Satellite speakers sound almost non existent feel during overall experience. Unfortunately there is no setting to increase satellite speaker volume or tweak them. I really tried to hear any sound coming from them increasing the surround effect, though no success so far. This has been my major disappointment so far. I was really hoping for satellite speakers adding to the overall experience, but so far no sound felt.
2. Remote settings cannot be seen in dark, we need to have light around to see and operate if needed.
3. Manual or some kind of guide/instructions on how to achieve best surround sound theater experience could have been of great help. Using that info. module could be placed accordingly to achieve best effect. Though no regrets, one can move around and check what's best setting for them.
Overall satisfied with the product considering the cost and overall quality!!!..Look forward to it running well for at least few years.

9/10, Very good soundbar. Love built-in chromecast

This is a very good soundbar at a good price. The built-in chromecast is great and works awesome with Google Home. If you use music services like spotify or pandora, chromecast is so much more reliable than bluetooth from a smartphone and absolutely the way to go. Even better if you use google home.
In terms of audio quality, this soundbar does very well for the price. The audio settings can be adjusted on your smartphone with the vizio app. The quality at the highest volumes doesn't blow me away, but is still decent, and the quality at normal listening volumes I think is very good. The subwoofer adds a decent amount of bass. The surround speakers were ok, but I did encounter one problem with them. When playing a video with no sound, one of the them would emit a soft static-like noise. When troubleshooting, this problem followed the port, not the speaker. For some this won't be a big deal or even come up, but considering I use my PC on my TV, this got old real fast when scrolling through social media. I have a fairly small living room so I just decided to go without the surround speakers.
The remote is kinda cheap and minimal, but with the smartphone capabilities I don't need to use it much. I occasionally find myself having to cycle inputs to get the TV sound to resume after stopping chromecast. Perhaps I'm not patient enough.
Chromecast is definitely the biggest feature that makes this soundbar stand out, . If you don't see yourself using it, this is still a good soundbar, but there might be better options out there for you. But if you want to increase your google home's capabilities with a speaker that can also play bluetooth and TV audio, all at a reasonable price, this is a great choice!

Perfect for apartment\condo

I live in a condo where I have people below me. This system is absolutely perfect for my situation. It gives true surround sound, and the ability to adjust everything to your liking. This unit gives a very immersive experience without shaking the entire living room (it can get pretty rumbly if you want). For me or anyone in a situation where you want a quality sound experience, but don't want to anger your neighbors, this system is perfect. With the way I have adjusted the subwoofer and other settings, It sounds great and there is enough bass, while at the same time, not too much that it bothers anyone.. I am able to enjoy a surround sound experience well into the middle of the night (usually 3am or better) and no neighbor is ever bothered by it. I have had more high end systems in the past but this system is one of my favorites.

I needed something fairly affordable. I wanted 5.1 soround. I wanted a good brand. I didn’t need something super loud since I’m in an apartment. This was beyond my expectations!! Great sound, great looks, great bass, and great price. The chrome cast built sealed the deal for me. This smart sound bar is a must for anyone that lives in a medium side apartment, a dorm, and even a bedroom. The sound quality is superb. 5.1 really works and makes the experience much better. The price was just right in my opinion for everything you’re getting. The fact that I can cast music to the sound bar is just super cool! I can tell google home to play music on “sound bar”. Other sound bars were way to expensive. This fit my budget and everyone compliments the sound quality when they come over. What are you waiting for?! Just buy it!

This a great way to achieve surround sound for a reasonable price. The sound quality is very good, and a huge improvement over built in TV speakers, the setup wasn't too difficult (definitely easier than a receiver setup), and the speakers are pretty discrete and not distracting in and of themselves.
It's not perfect, though; I've had a few issues with the whole thing basically locking up after adjusting a lot of the settings and requiring a factory reset, and it can be a bit tricky getting all your settings dialed in on the tiny, hard to read remote, and I was a bit disappointed that it didn't integrate better with my Vizio TV. But once you get it setup and figure out how it all works, it's generally a pretty seamless and enjoyable experience.

Great 5 .1 Sound on a Budget

This is the 3rd Vizio soundbar that I've owned. Over the past few years I've been really impressed with their low profile designs and quality of sound for the price and this one was no different.
Setup is pretty simple and the box includes the soundbar, wireless subwoofer, and rear surround speakers, as well as all the cabling you'll need. The rear speakers connect into the wireless sub, so I have that placed in the back of my room and have the speaker wires routed accordingly. I didn't measure the speaker cable, but I ended up having to bundle up a ton of it when I was all done, so I don't think the length will be an issue for anybody. I connected to my TV (also a Vizio) via HDMI-ARC and control was pretty seamless from there - it basically acts as an extension of your TV at this point and though HDMI-ARC certainly has its quirks, it's flawless with my Vizio TV.
The sound quality is excellent for the price. Voices and subtle details can be heard clearly and the subwoofer provides a good amount of base given its small size. The default EQ sound setting is 'Movie' and I would recommend staying on that for most content, though there are also 'Music' and 'Direct' settings. Music is for music as it states. I thought Direct might be a better option for me as I assumed it would just reproduce whatever signal was being sent without any up-mixing, but I tried watching TV that way and the bass was WAY too much - only turning the subwoofer all the way down in settings fixed it. I don't know if it was an issue with my cable box or some kind of glitch in the soundbar, but the default Movie setting has been just fine for me, so I left it at that.
If you're looking for a budget soundbar for the price I think this one is a no-brainer, especially if you can catch it on sale. For the same price you're probably only getting a 2.1 soundbar from Samsung or LG and the difference of just having the center channel for voices (let alone rear surrounds) is noticeable.
