    Nice baby monitor kit

    This has been great for me so far with a newborn. The marketing is a little confusing because it mentions three different resolutions - 2k, 1080p, and 720p. To clarify the included 5" screen displays at 720P which looks fine on a screen this size. The included screen has good battery life and can also be used while plugged in. When you view the monitor via your phone/tablet then it can display at 1080P. The camera itself has a 2K CMOS sensor which is a generic term meaning it can capture and output up to 2000pixels. Having the higher resolution capable sensor makes it better for zooming as this unit only uses digital zoom, this particular unit offers 30x zoom on your phone and 24x zoom with the included screen. In addition to the digital zoom this camera can also pan and tilt, giving you good flexibility for where you can place the camera within the room with your baby, it is also wall mountable. There are some additional features built into the camera unit including a temperature sensor that allows you to ensure the baby's room is comfortable and safe, a night light, and can play sounds/lullabies to help your baby fall asleep and stay asleep. Overall a really complete package that has brought peace of mind while our newborn is down for a nap or sleeping at night. I cant really think of anything in particular to mention that this kit is missing so I would strongly recommend considering this system for any new parents.

    Like the product, the features, like the 7 inch screen. Everything’s been working pretty well my biggest grape though is number one the internal on the LCD broke, and I don’t know if that’s because of that but it often loses connection. And a lot of times we’ve had issues with the app. Signing into the app was annoying. They had several issues change the app several times. App is a little better but the connectivity on the monitor itself is flimsy. Have had issue with the camera as well, had to go in the room while the kid was sleeping to reset the camera. Angles arent that great rither, limit range of view.
