Works well. Only complaints are that even the lowest volume setting is very loud and the main numeral buttons are hard to press because of their shape. They slant upwards so that you often press the wrong button, but this can be gotten use too. The volume can be solved IF you are willing to plug in an external or wireless headset that has its own separate volume control

This took a lot of work to set up correctly. Out of the box easy to use. But not when you add lines and an intercom and already have a voicemail through the provider. Took May calls to figure out how to disable some parts and enable others. Putting people on hold still results in us having hold music blaring through the intercom. Take the time to read manual and set it up correctly at the beginning. We do like the additional phones we could add with it.

I needed a standard traditional 3 line phone. Every one wants you to go VoIP for one reason or another. I have 3 land lines and am content to keep it that way. Took me a long time to find a suitable phone. This is it. It has plenty of features, (I probably will not use), the cost was good, and the fact that I can add a remote phone to the system is a useful bonus.

1 year after purchase. Bought 1 extension unit and 1 handheld unit to go with the main base unit, for a small home office environment. All components work well, except the headset jack on both the base unit and extension is flaky and does not fit any jack we have purchased, so it is not useful at all.

Its a very convenient easy to operate phone, perfect for offices. Now most of the phones come with a max of 2 lines. But this phone has 4 lines which is pretty impressive. The price was also reasonable.

Like how easy the phone is to use and how well it works with the other handsets.

Very easy to set-up. Easy to use distance if you use the add on option earpieces.

This is a GREAT console! I bought 2, but you only need 1. Wish it were a bit smarter, but amazing features!

finally i found the right phone with 4 lines i have been looking for this phone for a year this it just do what i need in resturant business with 4 lines

I just re purchased this phone system. The last one lasted 10 years and only died due to a power surge. It is rare these days that a piece of electronic is built to last like this V-Tech

ystem did not work with our 4 line 2 plug setup in our small office. I tried splitters and plugging through numerous different ways but could not get it to work. Line access was affected when third phone plugged almost as if the system expected each phone to have its own line, even when registered to the deskset. Beware you only have 2 weeks from delivery to send back.

Very straightforward with its display and buttons. Very easy to use. Great speaker system.

This phone system works excellent, I highly recommend it. It won't break the bank like some other phone systems.
