    This is the forth Vtech telephone set that I have bought....thi model is lacking some features that I had with the previous model I owned....on an incoming call it does not tell you who is calling;ring tone is poor andhard to read display!!!!!! Dan Mancini

    I have had VTech before and i don't know why i changed but i now have them back and they are the most reliable phone on the market right now. They are nice and easy to program and the sound of the peoples voice is very much clearer then any other phones that i have had in the past. Thumb's up on this phone which I would recommend to everyone

    I bought this to replace our last vtech which we had for years. The setup was simple and is easy to use. I would of liked it to be a little phone tech orientated and that is why only the four stars. I would recommend both Bestbuy and the phone based on my experience

    I needed to update my home phone and this functions just like my old one but with a cleaner look and brand new (my old one had the screens burnt so it was hard to see numbers) also extremly easy to set up

    I am using this V-Tech phone and answering machine for a few months now and I am happy with my purchase. The sound quality is good and the answering machine is easy to operate. It comes with two additional handsets which can be used as an intercom system.

    This is a replacement to a VTech answering machine system I already had. The new slim line look I like. The only thing I don't like or is rather odd is the 3rd receiver does not pick up all caller id's for some reason. And the 2nd receiver has a unique annoying ring a constant long tone and it is programmed just like the other two. I haven't returned it because it was ordered on line. Local store does not carry it.

    To be honest with you, the light of the phone is very low and when somebody’s talking sometimes I can’t hear it so I wish you change it for me so do something for me please. Thank you.

    The phones are clear, the battery is long lasting. I haven't figured out how to screen calls on the sub phones and cant hear from base ...but i know there's a way
