It is extremely durable and survives many drops and Spills. After some time it doesn't pick up the feel of a child's finger without more pressure.

I purchased and return this item twice with the assurance of the customer service rep that the second item purchased would be the correct one WHICH is was NOT. I have experienced the worst customer service!!!!!

I checked the manufacturer's website, & this size does not support these features. I am very disappointed, since that was one of the main reasons I purchased this tablet.

Not what we were looking for

I wanted to get him something he could play some of the same educational games he plays now. We bought this for him for Christmas not knowing the games cost $2.99 a game or you need a game cartridge. We retuned it for a tablet and downloaded a parent app called Zoodles and it works amazing for my 2 year old son.
