Very good device with great features for kids. Has options to choose from making its use more fun.

Bought this thing because it sounded like it would act like a real tablet for kids. You can send them messages, browse the internet, app store, etc. But when it came down to actually using the product, it was a total fail! After a few minutes of figuring out and setting up the device as needed, I came to find later that the one place (learning lodge) where you're supposed to download stuff from was down, and then viewing their website about the issue there was a message about it being down until June for some users. I was over it at that point.

My grandson picked this out himself. He is 21months and I think he wanted his own. It is easy for him to maneuver. The stylus is attached. It even comes with a case and headphones.

My son has not been impressed with the Innotab. He will play with it but prefers pretty much anything else over it. The games don't hold his attention very well. I believe that could be partly his access to other platforms. My son just turned 6, but he would have liked this better at 3 or 4.

I bought this for my 5 year old son for his birthday as a replacement for an older version and he loves it! I wish you didn't have to connect to wifi to download games but other than that this is a great tablet!

No fault of Best Buy , but we couldn't download any of the software that was included . Called the company and their site was hacked we were told we would have to wait with no end in the near future. We returned the product.

Not the best tablet to but for a 3 yr old. Wasnt user friendly, and the headphones broke after 4 uses. Didnt load my games that were bought correctly. Therefore I returned it.

This product is very strong, but the only thing is that if you don't have Wi-Fi signal, you won't be able to update the tab. And when you try to register it keep reading the website is not available.

This product cost quite more than a regular kids tablet and doesnt have variety of games. The first months it worked fine i even purchased games from the learning lodge. But recently it kept turning off and everytime i tried using the web, it didnt work. I returned it and purchased a Samsung kids tablet($75 cheaper) and it has so many free games to chose from to download.

My son is 3 and is really enjoying the coloring app and storybook.

Part of the games for this device required internet connection and you can't register for internal problem in their end so my daughter doesn't find interesting because all the educational games require internet connection. I returned it.

I purchases this for my daughter good for first time owner

We purchased this to help my 4 year old(who loves the idea of video games) learn while playing games instead of just wasting time on a regular video game that teaches nothing. He seems to enjoy it so far

Had one that played out last year. I was surprised & so glad I chose this tab when the child was so delighted to see what it was. I was worried she wouldn't think so much about it since she had owned one before. But she was much happier & excited than I expected. The improvements over the last one she had are impressive. So glad it has WiFi & can download apps. Highly recommend.

this is the best product for kids and they enjoy a lot

My kids are all grown up now, but they grew up with vtech learning products. Now it is my grandkids turn. My grand daughter is nearly four years old and when I found this at the store I knew it would be perfect for her. I am sure she will be extremely happy when she opens this at Christmas. She loves anything Minnie Mouse so that was the first program I bought for her at the same time.

It is great for the girls. Wish it would play all the cartridges that the girls have from there old vtech

Enjoying this new little tablet game system with my grad daughter.

My grand daughter got this for Christmas, and after my daughter set this up for her, she didn't put it down until they went home. She couldn't wait for it to charge up to use it! She really loves to learn and I thought something like this would be great for her. I plan on getting her other programs that go with it in the future.
