    Broken after 30 days

Purchased the walking pad at the beginning of January and it broke about 30 days later. The socket to plug in the machine has gone into the machine so it is unusable. Best Buy is unable to do anything (even though I purchased with a Best Buy visa card) and is saying to contact the manufacturer. The manufacturer is saying to contact the seller! Huge headache - all for a walking pad. If you choose to purchase the item, I would recommend buying from Amazon rather than Best Buy as they have a better return policy.

Exactly what you are hoping for when you buy it. Easy to get started and to use. Very easy to move around and fold up to put away easily. It wouldn't fit under our couch when folded but fits easily under the bed. Be aware if is a walking pad as it says, so if you are looking for something for running it probably won't go to the speeds you are looking for

While I’ve only owned the walking pad for a little over a month I can say it has meant my expectations. The main reason I went with this model is the ease of storage. I primarily use it under my desk an when I’m not walking a want to sit I just fold it up a roll it further under for my chair to slide in. I would recommend this for anyone looking to save space and be able to use and store with ease.

Ive been using this for the past 2 weeks and its great. I cant say for the durability of this treadmill but for now it works well. Its not good for running but for walking/light jogging its great. When it folds, it fits perfectly under my couch. Just note that this treadmill isnt as light as they proclaim to be.

It lasted 3 weeks and then made a grinding noise and then all the electronics went off. No lights, no sounds, nothing. Completely dead. Belt was starting to wear already as well from just casually walking.

Absolutely love my walking pad! It’s a bit awkward to get into the position to roll it, but it’s doable.

Package got lost by shipping company (OnTrac) and Best Buy wouldn’t issue a refund due to it already being shipped. Super unhappy.

Overpriced, Poor Quality, and Frustrating CS

I originally purchased the Walking Pad C2 Folding Underdesk Treadmill believing I was investing in a high-end product with reliable customer support. Unfortunately, my experience has been anything but that. At first, the treadmill seemed promising. I used it once, stored it for a few months, and then decided to commit to daily use. It worked fine for the first two days, but on the third day (only the fourth time I had used it in total), it started making a loud noise and displayed an error code that made it completely unusable. I reached out to customer service hoping for a quick resolution under the 12-month warranty. While they did offer to send a replacement part, the repair process required a complicated disassembly far beyond what most customers would feel comfortable doing. I asked if they could handle the repair, only to be told that while the part itself is covered, I would need to pay $100 for shipping—an unreasonable charge after such minimal use. What makes this situation even worse is how difficult it is to get real support. If you call their customer service line, the representatives are polite but powerless to actually help—everything has to go through email. And because all decision-making happens in China, you’re left waiting for responses that typically arrive around 2 a.m. Eastern Time, meaning you either stay up late or play email tag with no immediate solutions. This frustrating communication process makes an already bad situation even worse. I was so desperate for a working treadmill that I almost purchased a second unit—but in reflecting on my experience, I couldn’t bring myself to do it. If the first one broke after just four uses, how could I trust a replacement? Instead, I’m now attempting the repair myself with the part they sent, despite my concerns about the product’s overall reliability. For the $600 price tag, I expected durability and superior customer support. Instead, I’m left feeling like I paid a premium for a product that isn’t built to last and a service team that offers little real help. What’s even more frustrating is knowing that I could have purchased three comparable walking pads from other brands for the same price—and I likely would’ve had a better experience. Final Thoughts: The Walking Pad C2 looks like a premium product, but the reality is far from it. If you encounter an issue, be prepared for a frustrating, slow-moving customer service process and unexpected costs—even under warranty. I’ve cancelled my second order, and I cannot recommend this product based on my experience. desperate to get a replacement I called Best Buy to try and get a new one same day and they told me that they had no intentions to restock the C2. They recommended the Urevo SP1 to me.

Easy to set up and adjust the roller, the app is good too. I like how it folds up and is easy to lean against the wall. Happy with this purchase!

Seriously this is probably the best purchase I made last year! I can’t say enough good things about it. I went from not exercising to walking 12-15 miles a day while working. Crazy AWESOME!
