This WalkingPad X21 has a max speed of 7.5 miles per hour which is an 8-minute mile so should be enough speed for most non-sprinters. Minimum speed 1.0 miles per hour (60min mile). Due to the arm rest (approx. 40.5-42in from floor) which does not fold down it would be challenging to use this under a desk due to not being able to see the speed control (nice if it came with a remote to control the speed). I just have it along the wall in my office and fold up when not in use. It is easy to move around but would be nice if the wheels were a bit larger. I've used the WalkingPad 2-5 days per week for 15-40min per session for 6 months either walking at a speed of 3.5-4.1 or jogging at 7.5 (max speed). Started using for 20-30min walks at a weight of 195lbs (Max user weight is 240lbs) and sometimes wearing a 20lb weight vest to help with weight loss goals. Down to 165lbs so having something you can conveniently fold away (light in weight and small footprint) in the home office that isn't an eye sore has helped to stay consistent with the workouts. So far, the WalkingPad has held up well with the above type of usage. The WalkingPad does not have the shock cushion of a larger treadmill so when using at the higher speeds it will not be as quiet (you hear a loud thumping from the strides), and your knees will feel it a bit more. I recommend the X21 for those wanting a foldable/smaller footprint treadmill who don't need a faster speed than 7.5miles per hour who do not plan on using it under a standing desk since the arm cannot be folded down.

The best way to do cardio from home, this treadmill is easy to use and does not take up space, you can put it in your living room, watch TV and do cardio at the same time.
