All in all this is a really nice way to pop popcorn, great tasting popcorn if you use a good popping oil. However, I should have gotten one size larger. This makes enough in a single batch for one popcorn eater, maybe two. If you are going to entertain get one size larger. The popping bowl is somewhat hard to clean and a screwdriver is required to clean the inside of the popping bowl if you want it shiny again. removing the popping bowl from the unit is easy but you have to get used to how it goes in, it is easy enough for an adult. Follow directions and make sure you heat the popper up FULLY or you will have a poor popping experience, and do not over fill it or you will have a lot of old maids. This is too small to be called a PRO, maybe pro style popper.

Functionally this product was not bad, however it barely makes enough popcorn in one popping for one person. I did have issues with the overall condition in which I received the machine. Upon opening the box, the machine was covered in old grease and popping oil. I understand it's a refurb, but you would think they could at least clean it first. I would be hard pressed to EVER buy another appliance from the outlet store based on this experience.

Very fun product, have used 6 times so far and it's been great. The kettle removes easily, but making sure you don't miss any oil/kernels/etc... can be tough since the covers don't come off. I would say that for the price this popper is fun and a great value.

This was a refurbish product. That seems that it went through the ringer. It was beat up. Scratches and all. So took it right back to the store. Liked the price, but it wasn't worth it for a beat up Popcorn maker. I suggest product like those to be donated to goodwill.

Showed up with cracks on the door on the hinge. The inside was all smeared by whatever they cleaned it with. Paper stuck to the side from the old warranty paperwork that didn't come with. They also neglected to put the measuring spoon and scoop into the box. The biggest thing is that the metal popper was not tied down inside the unit and could fly around in shipment. This is why the door was broken when the unit. If the box is handeled roughly at all the popper slams into the sides like a big ol' rattle. Ordering this unit is rolling the dice. You might get what you want and you might get a broken what you want. BB sent a replacement without any questions. The problem really lies with Waring's refurb department.

The popcorn machine is working great. It was delivered promptly to our door as well. I am able to warm up the machine, then add the oil and popcorn and only about 5 minutes after I begin, I have a large bunch of popcorn. Cleaning is a little difficult since the oil unit can't be submersed but nothing I couldn't get around. Overall I am very happy with the machine. They did an excellent job restoring it back to the original.

It's a great gift idea for all ages easy to maintain and operate. the price is really reasonable

Works good but item was not complete as described cause of the missing cup and spoon but I didn't want to take all the trouble of packing it back up and sending it back just because of that.

read a lot of negative reviews about the door hinges, they are flimsy but if you are careful and take care of them they are fine. We have 3 kids, 8,6 and 21 months and they love it!!! we havent eaten this much popcorn ever.

we ended up returning it as it was small, would be difficult to clean and really just a poor decision to buy
