It's overall everything I was hoping it would be. Easy to use and clean. AndI live in a small aapartment so that's why it's not so easy for me to store but still made the room. :) I love snow cones so this is perfect for me.

Overall, this is a great product! ! Great deal for the price. It is very easy to use and It crushes ice with ease! The crushed ice is very coarse so as long as you're not expecting super fine like Hawaiian shaved ice, it's perfect!

Shaves ice fast, safe and easy. Don't have to worry about kids shaving their fingers. Like having the big container for catching the shaved ice. The only thing I don't like is the plastic inlet where you put and push the ice through. It makes it feel fragile. But it does get the job done.

For a long time I've wanted a snow cone maker for home use, but I'm an adult and I didn't want a toy. This model seemed like a good compromise of quality and affordability, so when small appliances were on sale, I bought it online (applying some rewards points). When I unpacked it, I was a little disappointed that the silver plunger part on top is made of plastic and not metal. The directions warn to push straight down and avoid lateral movements, so I've been a bit concerned about durability. However, I've been careful with it and after using it for a few months I'm still happy with it. I like that it came with four plastic reusable cones, and the fold out cone holders have proven to be useful. I've found that fully loading the shoot with ice will produce just enough shavings for two cones. My wife would like it if the shavings were finer, but it is does an adequate job and is pretty quick. One thing I don't like is that the bottom of the shavings tray is not flat, so it is a little difficult to scoop out every last bit, but it's just ice, so no big deal if a little is wasted.

Bought this for my daughter because she had a snoopy snow cone maker that she loved but was very slow and difficult for her to do by herself. This snow cone maker is very easy to use, fast and has safety features so the kids can't stick their hands in while it's running. While it is a little on the loud side it's not any louder than a blender and you are making snow cones for kids so quiet probably isn't a priority. I would defiantly recommend this product. While there are cheaper snow cone makers if you want it to actually work, this will do it.

It may look like metal in the photos, but the top is plastic. It's held up though. I would like the ice to be ground finer to be more like what you would actually get at a snow cone stand, but it's good enough for a cool treat now and then.

My daughter wanted this for her birthday party. We were able to pick it up on a deal of the day and it has worked out great. It makes snow pretty quickly. We were able to handle about 15 people with any problem. I wish the snow was a little finer but no one else seems to be bothered by it. I would say it's well worth the money.

My wife is somewhat of a ice convection aficionado and when I brought up the subject of gifts, she immediately passed on an IPad, and bee lined to this; still surprises me after 35 years!

Very easy to use and when you're done just turn it upside down in the dish drainer to dry out. I bought it on sale so it was a good value too. I wouldn't use it for commercial sales but with occasional use it should last a long time.

I have a chronic pain disease that's required me 2 take a lot of meds over the past 13yrs & most of them cause severe dry mouth. I can eat a snowcone (I put mine in a cup!) Whenever I want 2 or need 2 for the dry mouth & since they make sugar free syrups this is great for people with diabetes & people watching their weight & if u would be using this a lot 4 kids...u could be helping 2 prevent type2 diabetes & w/kids consuming a lot of sugar from sodas & ither things, they are getting it at a MUCH earlier age. So, whatever ur needs or wants sugar free or not...this is a GREAT snow-cone machine...especially in the HOT SUMMER!!

Works great as described in packaging. Able to make multiple snow cones within a minute.

My kids love snow cones, so thought it would be cute to have one handy at home. Wasn't sure just how good it would work, but turns out to be a great little buy.

This machine is so easy to use. Right of the box and into use. My grandchildren loved it.

This is a nice snow cone maker. The plastic is flimsy, so be careful when handling but so far so good.

Got this for my neohews and they simply love it. So easy to operate and easy clean up.

I loved that this model was durable and looked professional. I can remember the old Snoopy hand-crank model I used to have as a kid, and this is 100 times better. It seems well-built and sturdy. It shaves the ice quickly and isn't too noisy. I think it will last a long time.

My granddaughter has made sno cones several times since Christmas, easy to use and made great sno cones.

Great for family size events. I wouldn't try using it for a business.
