The delivery team was polite and professional. Our laundry room is located on the second floor. They took great care to protect our floor and our walls while moving the machine upstairs and taking the old machine out. We had concerns of the old machine possibly leaking water or will bearing dust on our carpet. They took extra care to make sure that this didn't happen. It was a very positive experience.

The technicians were knowledgable and allowed me to clean up the laundry room floor before installing the Washer (and Dryer) and assured all was in working order.

The installers went above and beyond. They couldnt park in the parking lot so they basically had to carry everything for about a half a block back and forth. I had also paid for haul away for my old machines. And once everything was hooked up and installed properly they tested the machines to make sure that they worked properly and even showed me how to work them

Our installation of our new washing machine was done quickly, efficiently, and professionally. We couldn't ask for a more pleasant process!!

Carlos & Christian installed our new washer and dryer fast and they were very careful to not bump walls or leave scratches anywhere. And the same when they removed the old set. They cleaned up after themselves and were just all in all extremely nice! Thank you Carlos and Christian for your hard work and carefulness. I really appreciate you.

Thank god for this- I sure as heck know I wouldn't be able to do it myself since I work from home and would honestly be lost with the instructions. It's an extra expense that's certainly worth it!

Friendly and expedient. Surprisingly, delivery men did not bring a wrench. Had to use ours to rem9ve door for washer clearance. Blicked neighbor's driveway with delivery truck so neighbor asked them to back up truck.
