I like that it's portable but wish there were more settings I can choose from

I find using this just complicates the simple task of flossing. It is effective but takes time to get use to the mini water house firing off in your mouth. First time using it felt like I was drowning myself. My intent on the purchase was to make flossing easier once braces are on. Until then normal old floss is better.

OK flosser, akward body shape and the water tank capacity is too small.

Many of the complaints was that the water ran out too quickly. I found that after ~45 seconds, and moving the tip all around my mouth, the water pic did a fine job. This particular one is very easy to use and does not take up a lot of counter space.

My dental hygienist has been recommending this item for a long time, and I'm glad I finally bought one. Chose the cordless version--it has a smaller water reservoir so it doesn't run as long without refilling, but it's more compact and makes less clutter on the shelf beside the bathroom sink.
