our orthodontist recommended a water flosser for my son who was having pain from food getting caught in a pocket between gums and his expander. This product has solved the problem. He waterpiks after meals and since has not complained of pain. He brags about the big chunks of stuff that comes out ;) Cons are 1. that the two brush heads are identical so there's no way for my two kids to tell theirs apart and 2. there is no storage area for the brush heads and piks. The water capacity is small, so he sometimes runs out, but it's easy to fill and I like that it's small so it doesn't take up much space. The price is great compared to buying a separate flosser and brushes, especially if you are not sure if your kids will break it, plus we got the Best Buy service plan ($8.99), which we used because after the first week the toothbrush broke because the toothbrush heads were difficult to remove and it just snapped. No difficulty at all with the replacement unit, so maybe it was a manufacturing defect. The plan is for 2 years - they'll replace for any reason.

So easy to use. I don't like flossing. This waterpik is easy to use and the toothbrush that comes with it is soft bristle - great for sensitive gums ! The price point was perfect.

Performed as expected. Like it better then flossing with string. More gentle on your gum. Water reservoir was smaller then expected and didn't have lid. Reservoir designed to empty and use as cover for the unit. Not sure how long the seal will last keep connecting and disconnecting. Wish reservoir had cover. Next purchase will be full size unit. Oh, forgot its quite noisy for such small unit, wakes up my wife, who is light sleeper.

This waterpik is my first one and I love it! I do not like flossing at all and after the dentist suggested it, I decided to purchase one. It is quick and easy. It takes some getting used to, but all in all, its a good item to have in your home. It has to different colored tips so you can share this with your spouse or whoever. This is a lot more fun than flossing.

This would be third water pick that we own. First was cordless, while it worked good the charging port rotted away and was not charging batteries. Second is similar to this unit but had more settings and a button to stop water flow. While it was all nice in the beginning, quickly button would get stuck and whole unit would be trash. This unit has no buttons. Its a little tricky to get it in your mouth, but it works all the time. So far its the best of all.

I just give me a chance to try this water floss. Compared to traditional floss, it is comfortable and convenient; however it is good at cleaning places near gum but not the things between teeth. But it is so convenient that I use it every day

I got this product on a Best Buy Deal of the Day so it was a good price. The water pik was recommended by my dentist because I have a permanent retainer and it is a great alternative to physical floss. I just use it right after I brush my teeth so it is very convenient and easy to use. I would definitely recommend it!

Designed more for travel than domestic use ( tooth brush is using a AA battery ) but interesting little combo anyway.

The water jet/flosser is fine, but the reservoir is small. The toothbrush, however, is worthless. It says it is sonic but it doesn't feel like it has any "power." I have another sonic toothbrush that feels much more effective - this one runs off 1 AAA battery. 3 stars for the water jet part, no stars for the "toothbrush." You'd be FAR better off just getting a full sized waterpick water jet.

Works better than I had thought. I wasn't sure how this would treat my teeth and gums. I believe it is making a difference. I should be able to tell in another 6 weeks. I would recommend this to a friend.

With it's small footprint, this compact unit does not get in the way yet has enough pressure to clean well. The ultrasonic brush is stimulating and compliments the water flossing.

It works great for getting things that are stuck between your teeth. Though you do have to hang your head over the sink to let the used water drain.

The studies say water flossing is better but I find I sometimes have to floss with string. I don't think this is particular to this model. I am very happy with it. Really appreciate the adjustable settings. I was not able to tolerate the stronger settings at first.

got this on sale and its been working very well. it has 3 power settings, i use the middle power setting. only thing i wish would like it to have would be to power the waterpik from the handle instead of the unit itself. it wasn't a deal-breaker.
