The Doctor Who level pack is a great addition to Lego Dimensions. Doctor Who fans will particularly enjoy the many nods to the television series, including the ability for the Doctor to regenerate when defeated. Physically, the set is great for Lego collectors as it includes a 12th Doctor minifigure, K-9, and a miniature TARDIS.

If you're a fan of Dr Who, or you want the most character abilities for your buck, get this pack. The Dr gets sonic and computer terminal, and when he dies, he comes back as the next Dr (yes, they made all 12). K-9 can break silver, gold, and melt ice. The Tardis time travels, pulls heavy grapples, and has a room of its own the characters can enter. Because it's bigger on the inside of course! The extra level is very fun, but my 5 year old girl was a little afraid of the weeping angels (who isn't). She closed her eyes and I powered through. We had a blast with this kit.

This set was probably my favorite of the Lego packs. Just the thought of being able to play as every Doctor and having your Tardis changing a long with it. My daughter and I had tons of fun playing this set. Highly recommended for any Doctor Who fan.

I used to watch the old series once upon a time, but never bothered to watch all the new Dr. Who episodes for the current generation. All that doesn't matter, because even if you never watched it, this is a great way to experience and learn all about the tardis and the main man, Mr. Dr. Who himself. This level pack is great and worth the money. You will get access to Dr. Who's level, not to mention he is great for doing a lot of handy work during the main game that comes with the Lego Dimensions starter pack. Cool music, great graphics, and a very welcome addition to an already great game that you will not regret should you purchase.

LEGO Dimensions adds Dr. Who to the universe. Fans of Dr. Who will love how they treat the Doctor. The style and feeling of the Doctor, the Tardis and K-9 are all spot on.

What a great add-on, the Dr. Who level pack is, to Lego Dimensions! I could not be happier with the purchase. As being an avid fan of Dr. Who, as a guilty pleasure, I picked this up more for myself. But to my surprise, it has gotten my son into actually wanting to watch the show. Which is Awesome!!! The level is great, but my favorite part is the Dr. Who, open world that is unlocked. And it turns out that the Tardis and the Doctor are handy additions to the standard game. For kids and Time-Lords alike, I highly recommend this!

The Doctor Will See You Now

In 1963, long before the USS Enterprise took flight, and long before Luke Skywalker picked up his first lightsaber, the British Broadcasting Corporation gave the world a Time Traveling Alien and his box known only as the Doctor. If you ask him, "Doctor Who?", he'll tell you he's just the Doctor. Somehow, he's traveling across time and space in a British Police Call Box that's bigger on the inside, called the TARDIS, or Time And Relative Dimension In Space, and he's fighting aliens such as the destructive Daleks, and the assimilative Cyberman. Death has not claimed him, for a fatal wound or old age has regenerated him into a different version, chugging on to fight another day. So now, 50 years and 11 Doctors later, the Doctor is still galavanting around the galaxy keeping it safe, and now, LEGO Dimensions needs his help. Coming with the pack is the 12th Incarnation of the Doctor, voiced by his actor Peter Capaldi, and two accessories: the TARDIS and his faithful robot companion K-9. Putting the character on the platform unlocks his world for exploration, as well as a bonus level "The Dalek Extermination of Earth", where the Doctor travels to the year 2025 to prevent the Daleks from destroying Earth yet again. With his wits about him and his TARDIS ready to warp to the next time period, the Doctor will keep Davros and his minions from adding Earth to their list of destroyed planets. And don't think that the Doctor is just going to sit out while the main story takes place. Batman, Gandalf, and Wyldstyle will be getting some help courtesy of some quick thinking from our Time Traveling Friend, and he'll be happy to help in the final battle. Don't worry, you can blink and not miss him. Just be warned though. Once you play the Doctor Who story level, the Weeping Angels will come for you. So don't blink! There are some added bonuses to getting the Doctor. Completing the bonus level will unlock the ability for the Doctor to regenerate into his prior selves, starting from William Hartnell's First doctor, all the way to Matt Smith's Eleventh Doctor. So, if you feeling nostalgic and want to give Tom Baker's Fourth Doctor a whirl, or if you spot John Hurt's War Doctor and want to explore more of the most tragic incarnation of the famous time lord, a quick step into the TARDIS and he'll be ready to go. But, unlike Capaldi's Doctor, the other Doctor's have all archived recording of their dialogue, so it may sound shaky. On the Doctor's World, visitors can explore London in 2015 and 1895, or stop at Trenzalore, Mars, Telos, or Skaro to encounter a few familiar faces. You'll see the subterranean Madame Vastra and her grenade happy helper Strax, the Doctor's Companion Clara, the always untrustworthy Missy (for hardcore Doctor Who fans, the female regeneration of the rouge time lord known as the Master), the always clever Captain Jack Harkness, and a few other faces many a Whovian will recognize. You definitely need to get this pack if you want 100% completion. The TARDIS is needed to access a few hidden areas, including in Springfield, which can access George Jetson's apartment in "The Mysterious Voyage of Homer", and Fred Flintstones' house in "Meltdown at Sector 7-G", just as a few hidden Easter Eggs to nod towards the cartoons of yore. Most importantly, the sonic screwdriver can help fix things in a hurry. And of course, you will get to have a few encounters with fellow Doctors Brown and Venkman. Just don't expect them to debate how time travel works! So does this mean Star Wars and Star Trek will join? Not likely. With Disney already using a galaxy far far away for its own toy to life series, Disney Infinity, and with rival Mega Bloks going boldly where no man has gone before, the Doctor is getting his chance to shine here. And I must say, it's definitely a good thing. That's all I can explain. If I try to do the rest, well, let's just say that it's all a bunch of wibbly wobbly timey wimey.

The Doctor Who Level Pack was the main reason I bought the Lego Dimensions play set. Fans of Doctor Who have been plagued by not-so-great video game releases in the past, but we have something to celebrate in the Lego Dimensions universe. this play set does not disappoint!

It is an awesome addition to the base game. I love that they gave you K-9, but would have prefer one of the older doctors. It does redeem that the game has you be able to change which doctor you are so that is a plus. Also, all the abilities of the Tardis is a major plus.

A fine package, even more when on sale. The Doctor Who story is a bit short, but the open adventure world fill out this package nicely. That, and you get a teeny Tardis and K-9.

Dr. Who level pack is needed to complete many other missions in other levels as well. The K-9 is a fantastic addition to the pack and destroys everything while easily picking up coins. The Tardis is most important especially for the other levels. Another necessary addition to your collection if wanting 100% completion.

The Doctor Who pack for LEGO Dimensions adds some additional time traveling elements as well as the chance to play The Doctor. And not just the 12th (Peter Capaldi) Doctor! Each time you die as The Doctor, you regenerate as the next one in sequence, going back to the first Doctor if you die as the 12th. The TARDIS's interior even takes on the appearance that matches the Doctor who used it. It's quite brilliant, really.

My kids have been hooked on Toys to Life since Skylanders first came out. They've stuck with each new game in that series and we also got into Amiibo (since we're a big time Nintendo family). This holiday season we added Lego Dimensions to that mix and it is a winner! Lego kits to build and play with AND the game aspect? This series is a winner. Also I get to play as the Dr and that's just fantastic. Allonsey!

These add-on Level Packs for the new LEGO Dimensions game are a little pricey but if you have a Gamers Club membership it helps out a lot. The mini builds are fun (great detail on both the TARDIS and K9!) and the Doctor minifigure is unique to this set. The best part is the additional levels you get in game play.
