purchased this drive since I was in need of more storage for my PS5 which had pretty much no space left on the internal storage. The installation process was extremely easy, the only part I'd consider hard for anyone inexperienced with opening up the PS5 is popping off the side panel, but other than that it's very straight forward. Once installed and formatted the drive works extremely well and moving games from the main storage to the extended is amazingly fast, moving a 200GB game in 1 minute. I believe that if anyone ever feels they're tight on space for their PS5 this product is a must have, it gives you plenty of space to work with, the speed is top of the line, and the installation is an easy one time deal.

Bought this on a whim while I was here purchasing a pc. I really didn’t need it but I’m so glad I bought it! It was very easy to install and was a seamless process to format and to move my PS5 games , finally to my console! Love that all of my games are on my console now instead of having to move certain games to install new ones. I definitely recommend!

Before I bought this product I was so limited to storage. I had to delete games in order to update one certain game that I played every day that eventually led to only having that one game running. After I bought this product I was able to download all the games I deleted with ample amount of space left with no worries of updates.

Super easy to install. I did have a bit of difficulty understanding how to actually use it once installed it just took me about a week to figure out how to move stuff around from old drive to new one but I finally got there. Super pleased with the performance and speed.

It does what it says it does, which is let you download more games. It's a super easy install, and the only thing you'll need is a screwdriver. My PS5 is just as fast, if not a tad faster, as it was fresh out of the box.

I bought this 2TB internal storage for my son’s PlayStation 5. It was a very easy install, under ten minutes. The PlayStation seems to run a little faster. He is very happy with it.

I got this 2tb since it was a great deal for black Friday and my internal storage for the ps5 was getting low . This allowed me to transfer my game storage over and allowed me to play ps5 game directly without having to copy it back and forth . Just dont expect the read speed to be at 7300 since it says up to 7300 but it was fast using it . Transferred a significant amount of games from the hard drive over and it was extremely fast. Very easy install

Very quick/easy to install. Makes it so much easier to use the PS5 now and not have to switch games to an external device every time. Cannot wait to get an internal drive for my Xbox.
