Plugged it in, answered a question or two on the Xbox, and now everything saves to and plays from this hard drive. I have not noticed the "quicker load times" that I read about but then again, I usually don't pay attention to stuff like that. I just know that I was seriously lacking storage space and was tired of constantly deleting game saves and other lesser played games. Plus Best Buy price matched this. A win win for me.
