    Initially purchased as back up for laptop in case of hard drive failure but instead works well extending storage for larger files on older laptop with quicker retrieval than the original hard drive

    This is a solid hard drive.. it’s very compact & portable.. I think the case I bought for it was too big because I was expecting the drive to be bigger.. Got it on sale and would definitely buy a 2nd SSD..

    This is a super fast backup drive for my computer it will backup in less than 30 minutes for what use to take about 2 hours on a physical drive.

    Ive always used WD drives. But this SSD has its issues with MacOs for some reason. Disconnects without warning which i have never had an issue with HDD drives. Everything else js great though read and write speeds are on point and its form factor makes it easy for the OTG uses. B+

    Very pleased as this is solid state , no moving parts and I programmed it to back up my laptop every week. Only issue is the hard copy instructions are very small and difficult to read. Best to look at the instructions online since you have to download the interface software to your computer anyway. Pretty intuitive.

    Game changing in the SSD value, meaning the speed, not the price. I managed to get this on sale around $250 (wouldn't buy at full MSRP). This performs as advertised, speeds are amazing read & write (which is normally the lie in advertised). Using for external with Powerbook, for video editing, and it works perfect.
