Seems reasonably good. It replaced a 20 year old Weber Spirit, and this one is a bit larger, with more area to cook (beneficial to me). I'm not sure whether/how I'll use the "sear zone." I also imagine that it's greater size translates into faster consumption of LP, but not sure yet.

Best Buy did great with this grill. Came on time and was in great shape. I will buy from here again. Grill is amazing

This is a great grill for the price. It fit our built in space perfectly. Pretty easy to install and quick no cost delivery. First steaks were awesome.

Not a review of the grill but the customer service. Extremely poor customer service to say the least I have best buy total tech membership, specifically to get help assembly of the grill. I did all my research and even bought the propane tank before the total tech team came to assemble. I wasn't at home but I specifically requested them if they could connect the propane tank and atleast test the grill once. And the answer was a resounding no. I got back home few days later and connected everything to find out that the Ignitor is not working. Hours of calling Weber to no avail. Called best buy and earliest they can come is in 2 weeks. This is absurd. We had a family gathering planned this weekend which will now be ruined. Really disappointed with Best buy.

Grill is fantastic but the installation was very disappointing! Wish I had listened to the reviews about the assembly guys doing a poor job! Since they pre assembled the grill at the previous delivery address, they delivered the grill and split. The chain was not connected and the grill will not start. When you push the ignition switch, it is supposed to click and light but nothing happens. Who ever heard of delivering a $1000 appliance and not testing it out when you are the experts? Imagine delivering a refrigerator and not plugging it in to make sure it works! I bought a lot of steaks to grill for company and now the meat will spoil since the soonest repair date is 8 days. Make sure your grill works before the Beat Buy expert assemblers leave! This is a repeated problem if you look at other reviews.

Love this grill. Looks great and works great! One wish would be to have a magnet to hold the doors closed, but I got a piece of Velcro for it and that works great.

We are spoiled by our weber grill. Have never owned one like this grill and finally splurged for the granddad of all weber grills according to us. Hope it last our lifetime.
