Bad product, not support

Previously it was a free add on to their monthly pay tech support. The key codes were sent to me on my Best Buy account. I had Geek Squad install it so I would know it was done correctly. After two months a pop up came on saying I was at risk and it was time to renew the product. Apparently Geek Squad did not remove the old version and install the new. To make matter worse, the key codes from my Best Buy account mysteriously disappeared. I was on this issue with Geek Squad tech for six hours and finally they said there was nothing they could do to recover the mysterious key codes. I asked for a refund. After another long wait, they said they could not refund my purchase. I wasted thirty dollars. I ended up purchasing something different elsewhere and installing it.
