As soon as I heard about the Fire Stick I ordered one and I am very glad I did. The movies I have watched have had a very clear picture and I can watch the latest movies. I love it. My son,daughter-on-law and granddaughter also love it you can watch programs for every member of your family. I would recommend the Fire Stick to anyone.

I recently had to get new software for my laptop computer. After reviewing information on the internet I discovered Webroot was the one for me. Best Buy had it in stock and installed it for me! Thanks for everything!

I tried this anti-virus out when I first bought my msi laptop because I heard that Norton Anti-virus was causing computer speed problems. The best buy computer guy that was helping me recommended this program and I like how it runs in the background and is constantly checking websites when you google stuff. It gives warnings when it sees a website that might be fishy. it even highlights and the message says exactly that and that it might be unsafe. The deep scans are fast and it checks all of your files and the report is highly detailed to let you know what it scanned, how many files, what it found, possible performance issues, it is just an awesome program. ive been a customer since I bought my laptop and I have it on my other laptop and my girlfriends mac computer. works great and I feel safe knowing I have this running in the background and protecting my privacy whether its internet browsing, etc.

I would say this is the best antivirus software because it isn’t constantly popping up random tabs of antivirus notifications. Works great

Best Buy is aptly named. They may not always be the lowest price on every item since other stores, as does BB, run specials. But Best Buy still delivers, in my opinion, the best overall VALUE when considering the ease of doing business. Plus they will match the lowest price at any store. If an item is defective, the return is hassle-free. It is the easiest store--across the board--with which to do business, at least in my 81 years. Well, actually, the first 15 years don't count since I had no money to spend at any store. They must have an outstanding employee training program since I find the same excellent service in all their stores in the four states in which I have lived. My compliments to BB employees because it is not what management wants that makes it work--rather, it is what the employees want that determines the result. So, congratulations to BB management for setting out the strategy and congratulations to the employees for carrying it through to us customers

The plot here is nothing new. Bad guy with amnesia turns over a new leaf and redeems himself. The action sequences are the meat of this flick and they are violent, bloody and well done for the most part. The fight in the corpse strewn police station around the halfway mark is worth the price of admission alone, and while the later beatdowns have their moments they tend to slow down momentum with chit chat from the combatants about the "good old days". Also worth noticing are the surreal visuals where characters sometimes stare at the camera while wreathed in pastel tobacco smoke or different colors of ambient light. Reminds me of directors like Mario Bava or David lynch. Those scenes really set the grim mood of the film. Will check out more stuff from this director.

Was using a Lenovo Ideapad compact laptop to record music using the Audacity program. Was trying to record from an analog professional audio mixer, but could not get the ear/microphone to recognize the board. Got some suggestion from the Audacity users group, then decided to try Geek Squad. The nice man worked with it for a while with no success. He looked this converter up and the price was cheap so decided to try it. Long story short, once I discover the output from the sound board needed to be plugged into the purple jack, I got it to work. Very pleased.

I only have great things to say about my sales experiences in regards to my TV and refrigerator purchases. Although you were short handed when I was finally served it was with excellence and professionalism. Everything was explained and all programs offered. My pickup and separate delivery exceeded my expectations. Just don't ask me to apply for credit again. I was told that it would not be a problem. I will continue to buy from you cash and carry. This is my only weak link for my family personally. Thanks again.

I loved my Acer Aspire laptop so much but it was spent. I hoped to replace it but that model was not available at your store. The sales rep who helped my choose a different one was very attentive, knowledgeable and understanding of my tight budget. I wasn't planning or expecting to get a Best Buy card but he made the application process easy and that is why I was able to purchase the HP Pavilion x360 though it was more than I had originally wanted to spend. I really love it!

I used the free McAfee version until my laptop was infected and running slow. The Geek Squad cleaned my PC and told me the McAfee version I had was not a good solution and recommended this Webroot Secure version which was highly rated by users and specialized magazines. I have been using Webroot for few months now with no problems. It has stopped or eliminated over 10 threats. The scans take less than few minutes. I can't imagine internet security being any better than this.

I had to go back to Best Buy today because my laptop hard drive needed to be replaced. Best Buy gave me an excellent price, and with my warranty, I was not charged for the installation. And then.....when I went back to pick it up, Steven at the store on Millerville Rd in Baton Rouge took time to make sure everything on my computer was as I wanted. He was very patient and helpful. I have to give a ***** five star for Austin, at the same location. Both were amazing employees.
