Hinge broken and missing important washers.

I can't attach my wheels because they left out the washers that secure them. Also, the door to the popcorn maker part is broken, the little plastic piece on the bottom hinge broke off before it got to me. (Box did not look damaged in shipping.) Hopefully I will be able to make some popcorn soon. Although, I may look for a different brand.

Did not work.

We took the leap and purchased this unit as it fit all of our needs. However, the heating unit died immediately, leaving us without popcorn and an hour and a half round trip to return the item.

Very cute for our home theater

It doesn't make a huge amount of popcorn but enough to probably handle 2 people, but just keep making some as you go for a bigger family. The storage shelf itself makes it worth the size problem.

The storage for all accessories and supplies is also nice
