Very pleased so far. Fridge is very modern, looks great and stainless steel is very easy to clean. Ice maker works well so far. Only complaints are if you are tight on space the doors do need to be fully opened to pull drawers out in fridge and freezer compartments. Also the shelves are not the easiest to remove but it can be done for a deep cleaning. Overall very happy with this purchase.

I love this refrigerator. It replaced a Kitchen Aid side by side that I hated. I needed to find a fridge that was 36" wide and counter depth, but no more than 69/70" high and this wasn't an easy task because I would never consider another side by side. We also didn't want a bottom pull out freezer that was deep and having to rummage around on the floor to find things. We wanted a 4 door fridge and originally purchased a Dacor for almost $4,000 but it was a special order and kept on getting delayed so we finally cancelled and ordered this. Honestly, this Whirlpool didn't look that great on display. (Of course compared to the Dacor) But- once in my kitchen it looked great. Even the delivery guys remarked on what a cool fridge this was. It has 4 easy open doors! It even has a little shelf in the fridge you can set things down on while you reach for something else. This isn't huge but we have another fridge in basement. Also- you can put magnets on it- lol. Best Buy was $200 less than Lowe's for this fridge!- and they gave us a $200 BB gift card - and we also got a $ 75 rebate for it being energy efficient too! Delivery was easy to schedule on a Saturday also! Kudos to Best Buy!! And Best Buy came out and measured the space beforehand for $1. lol. Honestly, this is probably one of the best purchases we made and when I think we almost spent $4k for the Dacor I am very happy. We've had for 3 months now and fridge and freezer work great!- ice cubes dropping make a little noise- as others mentioned- but who cares? lol. My old Kitchen Aid had a water dispenser on the outside and the water line broke and ruined my cork floor so I didn't want that feature anymore.

I really like this refrigerator. It is quiet, well-lit, and has great space. We have very specific space limitations because we were replacing a side-by-side from 1999 that had a cabinet constructed specifically for it on one side and a wall on the other. Our main issue was the clearance on the door swing. This unit is great in that it doesn't need that extra 5" for the modern deep doors that other units require. It fits! It opens! The freezer is nice, too. We have a second freezer elsewhere, but this has enough space for the basics—the ice maker doesn't take up a lot of space. My one concern with this refrigerator is that the back wheels are not adjustable and therefore the unit is impossible to level front-to-back in an enclosed space—we have tried everything. Our floor is slightly textured and the wheels must sitting in a low point because the unit leans back slightly. This may be to facilitate the doors closing "automatically," too. I could not find any documentation on it. Nevertheless, I would purchase this unit again. Best Buy delivered it quickly and neatly, too.

I love this fridge so much it’s so modern and I love that it has 4 sections you can open. A lot of storage it looks so organized. Definitely recommend it!

I searched for fridges for basically ever.. and only 2 actually fit the space allowed. The other was on back order but I thought this one was super cool with 4 doors. I think ultimately the fridge and the freezer maintain their level of cold because you’re only opening one side? Maybe that’s all in my head. Also funny story, but when they delivered, I watched the men take the plastic off.. and when I had people over, they talked about some scratches I had.. I bought some stainless steel polish, only to find out THERE WAS ANOTHER LAYER OF PLASTIC. Man I felt dumb. Glad I waited to write a review. Sometimes it does make some weird noises.. I’m thinking it has to do with the hoses or whatever for the ice maker. I do love this though.

I have been eyeing this fridge for a while and like this particular model since I have a small kitchen and there is an island in the center of my kitchen that prevents me from getting a bigger fridge. Ive seen this model in person at a Home depot and fell in love with it..But decided to get it at BB since I have heard not so good reviews with Home depot in terms of having items in stock and delivery issues. Our new Whirlpool refrigerator was delivered on 11/10/20. The delivery guys did a good job with hauling our old fridge and delivering this new one. I did not purchase installation since I have a reverse osmosis system that hooks up to the ice line. The ice maker took a while (6 hrs) to start making ice from first hook up and it does not make much in 24 hrs but I do not use a lot of ice so it is fine with me..I have had this fridge for a week and I like it a lot. At first, I thought it was not enough space but it seems that isnt so. I love that the freezer is compartmentalized and organizing is easier. One thing is, I cannot pull out the middle shelf to adjust it a bit higher. The manual says that it should be able to do so but the door is blocking it and I was scared of forcing it out and breaking it LOL.. But for now, it works the way it is. Another issue is that it is NOT fingerprint resistant. I clean it daily with a microfiber cloth just slight damp with water and soap. I have been eyeing this fridge for a while and like this specific model since I have a small kitchen and there is an island in the center of my kitchen that prevents me from getting a bigger fridge. I also thought at first that it was not getting cool but after about 36 hrs it was able to adjust to 36-37 deg. I just keep the temp on 36 deg and 0 deg on the freezer..I think refrigerators made now just dont get as cold as old models as they're more energy efficient.. The one that replaced this was an old KitchenAid from the late 90s and that one is always cold but was also very loud. This one I find it not as loud, I hear occasional noises that I think is just normal..Overall, I am happy with this replacement and was glad to get it at a good price. It is my first time buying a household appliance from Best Buy and am very satisfied and pleased. I usually buy from Home depot or Lowe's.

This is an excellent refrigerator! I really enjoy how spacious it is and how easy it is to keep clean both inside and out. The double door feature on the freezer was a great idea! I love that I can keep items frozen solid on the left (where the ice maker is) and semi-frozen on the right. It keeps my ice cream and fruits for my smoothies just how I like! My only suggestion would be to add more slots so that shelves can be moved. I also was a bit suprised that the stock photo shows a gallon of milk in the side door however when I tried, I learned a gallon is too tall to fit. It wasn't a huge deal for me since I know gallons come differently depending on where you live so this could work for your milk! I still have plenty of room for mine on the shelf. I'd say the feature I appreciate the most would be the beeping function that begins when the refrigerator door has been left open. With 3 boys, this is a function I dont see myself living without now! 10/10 would recommend!

This fridge is perfect size for smaller spaces. I love the counter depth design as it is flush and perfectly fits into my space. I lasso love the four door feature and the ability to control each freezer compartment temp separately. Thank you Best Buy for making this dream a reality for me.

Love this refrigerator so far. Got a great price match cost from Best Buy matching Home Depot. Like the recess of counter depth. Bright interior lights and flexible space. Quite when running and set temperatures match my thermometer I used to verify temps. Good for the price.

I read reviews for months from different sources. Most reviews from other sources had such bad comments until I checked Bestbuy.com. I had never purchased an appliance from this site until now. I am very happy that I did. This refigerator is smaller than some I looked at but it is perfect when I learned how to place my items. It gets warm on the sides after putting fresh groceries or freezer items but after a little while it gets back to normal. I also like the icemaker. It is very quiet and I never have a shortage of ice. Delivery was so much better than I expected. I waited 2 years to purchase a new refigerator. I'm very happy this is the one I bought.

Our fridge has been great! We had to get a counter depth fridge due to a shorter depth space, and at first I didn't even realize that and focused on other fridges. Most of the ones in the store are for more depth. I also was shocked how expensive fridges are, but given that our old one lasted 23 years, I shouldn't have been surprised about that. This one fits perfectly, has a ton of space, and even though it has 4 doors, I love it! It is easy to use, and makes plenty of ice with an easy-to-remove ice container. It does not have a water option, but we never used that on our old one. The only thing I would change is the veggie drawer on the right doesn't open fully with only the right door open. But I would buy it again even though it is a bit pricey. The delivery guys were also very professional and helpful getting it set up.

I've had my new fridge almost 2 weeks. I LOVE it! Very simple design but that allowed me to customize it to meet my needs. I used easy-to-locate refrigerator bins and organizers, etc. to accomplish that. It's counter-depth and I sized down from my prior refrigerator so I had to be more strategic in my organization but I've managed that. It does not have an ice or water dispenser and it doesn't hold much ice in the freezer but I plan to offset that by purchasing a portable ice maker and installing an under-the-cabinet drinking water filter. And, I realize that if you utilize all the shelves provided (3), it is a little short for taller pitchers but I'm willing to invest in some shorter ones in order to make this work. I love how sleek it is and it fits very nicely into my small kitchen.

Love the refrigerator, but it makes a loud electrical noise. Might be coming from the ice maker. Would definitely buy a counter depth fridge again. Plenty of storage. More for storage than my old standard size fridge.

First, as soon as I started looking at the Refrigerators a salesperson came to assist me. He was very knowledgeable & helpful. This Refrigerator was delivered with care yesterday! So far, I like it. The only thing is that I can't open the left side doors all the way so I can take out the shelves because there is not enough clearance, but I can deal with that because I really like the look of this Refrigerator. Also, the sides got very hot the first day & had a humming sound but this morning, the sides cooled down, and it was running quietly. Storage capacity is good for 2 people.

 This refrigerator is spacious in both the refrigerator as well as the freezer. It has the same space as my old refrigerator however, they due to the layout it holds more in both the refrigerator as well as more in the freezer. Some people had questions about the icemaker, but it works perfectly with the preset settings from the factory. 

Love this fridge plenty of room and easy to access the freezer plus organize it instead of stacking stuff on top Like my old drawer freezer.

I have had this product for the past three months, after having to replace my Samsung refrigerator x2. (Shame on me…. I wish I bought the stores extended warranty). Overall, I have been very happy with this refrigerator, and really enjoy how it looks within my kitchen. I was hesitant to purchase, because the fridge did not have an ice dispenser on the door, surprisingly it was a pretty easy adjustment and I don’t miss it at all. I really like the four-door option as I feel it makes it easier for organization, rather than having to dig through a huge pull out drawer as with my prior refrigerator.

Because of the design there is a ton of room. Love the ability to program each freezer. It’s like we have two freezers.

This is a 10 out of 10 best refrigerator I have very purchase it has lots of storage space in fridge and freezer and you can control the temperature on each side of the freezer the ice maker makes plenty of ice I have no complaints and very pleased with the quality.

So, I’ve head the fridge for a month, and I really really want to like this more than I do. The unique design is great, it looks nice and keeps food cold/ frozen; however the drawers inside the freezer are so small they are kinda useless. Here is the biggest freezer gripe, you can barely, and I mean barely with some maneuvering fit a normal size frozen pizza in the freezer. Like you gotta have a completely empty shelf for something that size to fit. If the freezer were designed like the fridge it would be perfect, but the center divider just gives you some very small spaces to store frozen stuff. Outside of the freezer, it’s a cool, smaller fridge for a decent cost.
