Love his fridge. Have had it a month now. Ive experimented with veggies/fruit in the crispers. WHAT A DIFFERENCE from my last fridge. Im not joking...but Ive had a basket of strawberries and a head of lettuce in there about 3 weeks. Still edible and healthy. I know, sounds gross...but I was experimenting and Im glad I did. I was shocked my strawberries lasted 1 week let alone 3. Lol. The ice basket is the perfect size for me and my 4 person family. And it does not interfere with the space inside fridge. Ice basket easy to remove and replace. The freezer section is incredibly easy to keep organized as well as the fridge section. A lot of room! This unit is very very quiet. The door water/ice are easy to navigate. And im a fan of crushed ice. There is always a drop of water or 2 that seems to escape after I use it but I keep a small paper towel there to catch it. It is not a problem for me. I love that no fingerprints are all over the place and super easy to wipe down. I honestly cannot think of ONE NEGATIVE! I LOVE IT. MY KIDS ARE TIRED OF ME SAYING SO! LOL. I bought his open box so I got a great deal. It was in PERFECT condition when I bought it. Only one small dent occurred during the delivery process but it is not noticable where I have my fridge placed. Best buy honored their delivery process and sent me a gift card to make up for that. I did buy the extended warrantee as I do on all my large appliance purchases. I learned the hard way on a dryer (maytag) I bought from best buy. I am a whirlpool fan and I will not stray again. Never had issues with this brand. 10 star purchase!

This fridge is big and beautiful. Has a ton of storage, shelves and crispers. Along with ample storage in the freezer. The ice maker has cubed and crushed ice along with a water dispenser. People on here have been complaining about how you have to hold the cup to the ice maker to get it to do anything, but I prefer that. The stainless steel look is a gorgeous matte steel too and it looks phenomenal. Highly recommend this fridge.

We love our new refrigerator. It is spacious with lots of drawers and spaces to separate your groceries. The shelving is adjustable so if you need more height it’s available. The freezer holds a huge amount of food. So far we have not had any issues with this refrigerator.

Really cannot adequately review this refrigerator; I've only had it a few weeks. The best thing was with my BB Total Tech Plan, they delivered, installed & hauled away my old refrigerator for $0.00. From a design perspective, it's much better than my old side-by-side. Also, the appearance inside & out appears to be well made. I bought a water filter before it was needed; the cost was not too high. I'll provide further info once I've owned it for a longer period of time.

So far I really like my new fridge. Its a little bigger than my older one from the outsdide but its hard to tell. The inside, is huge and thats awesome. My old one was always busting at the seems and we have plenty of room in this one! Ice maker and water work great. Love that I can lock it so my kids can accidentally make a mess. Drawers that pull out, slide with ease. Freezer is also super spacious. I love the front section for pizzas or whatever else.

The first time we had a Whirlpool fridge and I love it - so spacious specially the 3-level door shelves. I am also glad that the water/ice dispenser was ready to get connected to our reverse osmosis system. In that case we don’t need to change the filter inside the fridge anymore. The only thing I wasn’t happy about were 4 small dents/scratches that I found on the inside. But nothing to worry about it.

We love our new refrigerator /freezer! We have had it for a month and so far so good. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5, is that the ice dispenser is quite loud. There is no sneaking ice! This isn’t a huge negative for us and we highly recommend this product.

We have had this for a few days noe and absolutely love all of the features. Tons of customizable shelfs on the doors. Shelves themselves have many point of adjustmant and so much room compared to our old side by side fridge. Lighting is nice in both the fridge and freezer. Freezer has an extra drawer for even more space. I could not suggesy this more for someone looking to upgrade their kitchen

Best upgrade ever. Has a side by side and did a lot of research making a purchase like this- I love how spacious it is, love the French door split with freezer on bottom- it does a great job keeping things cold and frozen. The “pizza slot” can only hold two but is convenient for quick grab items. Also I was thrilled to have the little “door open” alarm.

My refrigerator was delivered but sat about a month waiting for my kitchen remodel to be finished. When setting it up, noticed the two vegetable bins are missing a small plastic wheel that keeps the bins level. It was packed with some styrofoam underneath to keep the bins level. Thought it wasn't worth a service call, just send me the two small wheels and I could snap them in myself. Called Best Buy and was told they would be sent by weeks end. Called two weeks later... on backorder! Whirlpool sent out this product with parts missing! What now?

Beautiful refrigerator that makes ice quickly. Large capacity for storage and fingerprints literally dissapeared before your eyes.

A beautiful refrigerator with a huge amount of room. After three weeks, we still have only filled up about 2/3 of it. This was purchased to replace a 20 year old refrigerator. The water is good filtered and ice is fine.

We’ve had for about a month now and have had no issues. Everything works correctly and it does seem like it should have another door shelf, but actually if there were, there would only be room for short items. Pleased so far!

Love my new refrigerator that matches my other Whirlpool Gold appliances! Delivery went well except they damaged a door handle and didn’t tell me about it. Able to go thru Geek Squad who were very helpful and a new handle was delivered and rep will install!

The interior of the fridge is divided excellently. Temp is great. 1st attempted delivery was a bit "shady", while the 2nd pair of drivers and "Bill" the tech assigned to follow up on a small damage issue on the completed delivery, provided outstanding service. The last three individuals, especially Bill, are great representatives of your company. We will purchase products from Best buy again.

My wife and I went and bought ourselves a brand new home. The biggest investment of our entire lives! With a new house, we needed a new fridge! Our sales team at the South County Branch in St.Louis MO was absolutely satisfactory! We love our new fridge!! My wife made the executive decision to buy our new Whirlpool, which was the right decision! We have a huge family, so to be able to store everything in this gigantic fridge is an absolute convenience! We couldn’t be more happier with this product, and I would recommend Whirlpool everyone!

Love it. So much space and organization. Icemaker in door means more shelf space. Freezer drawers are spacious and easy to organize.

Very small drawers to store fruits and vegetables. The water dispenser is very uncomfortable, you have to hold your cup on the top side of the dispenser to not make a mess, and it is also very loud. When closing the fridge doors we get a noise like when you dial a phone.

We experienced the best purchase and delivery of our new Whirlpool refrigerator. Truthfully, this was refreshing and very appreciated! Jesus, our sales person was helpful without being one bit pushy and Trevor, in charge of delivery was also very professional and took great care of safely bringing in our new refrigerator and removing our 18 year old Whirlpool. Highly recommend Best Buy in Appleton. Quickest delivery, great customer service, you’ve earned a customer for other items!

This guy is doing good so far. Spacious my mother in law loves it.
