My washing machine was delivered and set up for free while I was at work. They called 30 min before, and it was done 45 min. Later.

My washer shakes violently. The washer does not have durations next to each wash option. This model does not have an agitator, and it does not wash well enough.

I got the set for a good price, plus I got a 50 gift card! Yay a plus. So far the washer is GREAT! It’s quiet enough for me, not too loud, but with any washer of course you will hear it. The washer is big inside without the agitator, I love not having one, clothes come out cleaner, that’s a plus when looking for a washer people! There is some getting use to the locking of the washer doing the cycle, but otherwise I love it and I love the dryer too! Great purchase if you looking for a washer that’s not too expensive and gets the job done well!

The washer works great and washes laundry a lot better then are old machine. It does not have an agitator just a little nub. It makes it easy to wash bulky items. It’s made in America!

Washer is large capacity, even with agitator I can fit a queen comforter and washes very well.
However, washer is loud, makes a lot of thump sounds as it moves thru the cycles. We could not run it in the evening. But if it was in a garage, probably would not bother anyone,

Love my washer. I had a really expensive Samsung one before, front loader. But after a short amount of time I noticed that mold was collecting in the front seals, the drainage area kept getting clogged, and the electronic sensors on it would go nuts ever so often. When it was time to get a new one, I opted for this top loader and one that has no fancy sensory except just the water fill for efficiency purposes. It cleans really well - bulky/hardy fabrics as well as delicates. The key is to avoid overfilling with clothes, and I prefer to do a deep water soak and wash each time (I know, extra water usage).

Works well. Simple, straightforward, easy to use. Particularly like this no-agitator version -- not so rough on the clothes -- and the automatic water-level sensor seems to work well. Clothes seem well cleaned. Two things for me drop it from 5 stars to 4: I was hoping that the clothes would be less damp at the end of the spin cycle and I would really like some sound to let me know the cycle is complete. Also, people who delivered and installed the machine were excellent.

Most importantly, it fits in the allotted space. The only issue is that I have to push the start button twice to get it to start. If I just push it once, all the lights come on and then after a minute or 2, it shuts off again. And, oddly there is no manual to show how to operate, just to install and clean.

Doesn't hold a heavy or even a partial heavy load well. Goes off balance frequently. Lately it goes off balance, makes a loud banging noise, jumps several inches and hits up against the dryer. I find the washer crooked by several inches from its place. I have since purchased (Mar 2023) limit what I put in it...like four towels max, one blanket max, half a load max and washer still can't take it. In just asking to request a service repair, I was told Total Tech won't work on it, that manufacturer must be contacted. Ugh! So...will see how that goes!

So great- clothes come out clean, soft, and unwrinkled. Auto settings for everything and lots of room for large loads.
Intermittent cycling noise takes some getting used to, but well worth it!

Hadn't bought a washer in over twenty years. Really like the size of the tub and the ease of use. Only thing I don't like is having to add fabric softener after it has started.

Didn't realize there was no agitator in this model. The picture and description did not make that clear. The machine uses less water, but makes a strange almost grinding noise as it cleans. It does not allow you to preload the fabric softener...you have to listen for when the rinse starts which is not convenient if you are a few rooms away. The locking mechanism is annoying. Worst of all, my clothes do not seem to get as clean as with the basic agitator top load model I had for years. Stains take 2 or 3 washes now and the clothes come out feeling like they weren't thoroughly rinsed.

This takes some getting used to. You need to read directions and change settings accordingly. Sheets and blankets/quilts have to be on the bulky setting; don't mix towels in with these items especially if its a extra large load b/c everything will no get clean.
Doing a "quick" load will never happen again - there's no such thing. I feel like a load now takes an hour. The washer makes so many different noises at first I though it was broken.

I bought this washer when our Samsung died after only having it for 4 years. This was on sale so you couldn’t beat this price. Delivery was awesome and the washer is working as expected and is simple to use.

First washer didn’t work…just filled and drained. Played with it for a couple days and finally called rep. She decided it was a software issue and replaced it…no problem. This one is working really well! I’m very happy with large capacity and no agitator as it can accommodate my king comforter. Washes great and spins almost dry! Cycle times are reasonable too. Very happy!
