So far I'm pleased with my new range. I have always had GE appliances and it was a little strange at first getting used to this whirlpool. Other than the storage draw being really flimsy, my only other complaint would be that large heating element in the front is on the left side verses the right side. That's gonna take some getting used to because I'm right handed. But overall so far it seems to be performing really well.

First thing was the burners would stop working during cooking. My foods would sit, not cooking but, soaking up grease if I was frying. Called and FINALLY got hold of someone. They sent out a new stove that I had to wait on for three more weeks. The exact thing happened. Called again. It's absolutely HORRIBLE trying to get hold of someone. They sent a repairman out. The problem is the burners have sensors on them that make them shut off when they get so hot. The thing is, they knew this all along so, why did they send me another stove knowing the problem would be the same. Horrible service at Best Buy. I will NOT purchase another thing from them again. Getting a hold of Whirlpool was just as bad. I love the stove except for the sensors issue.I ordered replacement burners from Amazon, the ones with out the button in the center. Horrible decision to put those sensors on them.

This stove arrived damaged. We were offered 3 options —refuse delivery, accept it as a “loaner” until another could be delivered or accept delivery with the promise of a discount. We accepted delivery and still have heard nothing frm BB The salesperson said he emailed but still nothing. Very disappointed!!!

We received the cooking range and at the end of the week i had to call service for a default light stating top range is hot. It was still on after 1 hour of cooking and range was cool to the touch. They had to replace the range as I had purchased the 5 year.

I had to wait 3 week for delivery. I was called to schedule for delivery as the item was avaliable in the
warehouse for the following week. The date
arrived and I received a text and email for the time of schedule delivery. Well, no one showed up, no call or follow up. I called and they stated that it is still
scheduled for 3 weeks out?
I canceled my delivery and found another stove elsewhere. It was delivered the following week, prompt service and delivery.

I ordered an electric oven which was delivered 04/13/2021. We had an electrician wire for the new oven. The outlet didn't match the new oven and the oven was not plugged in. I was under the understanding that the delivery people would have different headings on the end of the power line so they could switch until they got one that fit. We had to have a contractor come out and put a new outlet in to fit the cord which came with the oven.

Basic old style cooking range. Got rid of the glass top to eliminate trying to keep it clean and avoiding the need to purchase expensive cleaning supplies. Temperature control is much easier than the old glass top. Replace the silver metal pans with dark ones that are easier to clean. Had this a year and am pleased with operation and price. Not as good and sturdy as the old Kenmore ranges, but these are no longer manufacturered.

Once the center of range reaches a certain level of heat, the burner being used automatically reduces the heat, and unable to increase the heat until the stove cools down. No other can be used until the stovetop cools, disappointed with purchase.

Seems to cook OK. My issue is the display is nearly invisible in low light. We have to keep a flashlight on the counter to read it!

Waited over 6 weeks for this to arrive and it was a total let down. Our fridge had arrived a couple of weeks prior with a broken bin and now our range showed up with a dent on the side which I only noticed after pulling out to try to level the range properly (techs sloppy). Then noticed the poor build quality when I took my level to the top of the control panel board as it wasn't aligned correctly with the body of the range. The sensi-temp coils are another let down. Taking forever just to boil water. Overall a bad experience ordering 4 kitchen items from BestBuy after multiple delivery appointments, long wait times, and damaged items.

After only two years of use, this electric range only works sporadically. The stove top burners quit working in the middle of cooking. The broiler quits in the middle of cooking. Not a reliable product.
