Had it a month now and really like it so far. We like how it performs and really like the size of it’s interior. Received it on time and Best Buy delivery was professional and they did an excellent job delivering. All communications between my Best Buy store and the delivery guys was exceptional and could not have been any better.

It’s a great oven. This is the 2nd one I’ve purchased; however, this one came in a perfectly fine box, but the top is damaged.

This range has a nice appearance (except after using the top) and is easy to operate. It is easy to see into the oven if you only have one dish. Otherwise the light gets blocked. I was stressing to keep the glass top in perfect condition, but after cooking on it very carefully with clean, smooth stainless steel pans with no spilling 3 times, the areas near and around the burners already have splotchy stains and imperfections that are not removed using the recommended cleaning products. I am afraid to use a blade, and I am not even sure thay will remove the bubbling I see under the surface. The oven also takes a little longer to preheat. The burners also run a little cooler than other ranges I’ve used, so I have to turn the knobs up higher than I usually do.

This range has a very roomy oven and large burners, two of which are adjustable in size. I love the convection feature and how the digital display shows the actual oven temperature as it warms up. The range is sleek and modern-looking, and looks great in my kitchen. My only complaint is that the burner dials are counter-intuitive -- to increase the heat, you dial DOWN. To decrease the heat, you turn the dial UP. This is backwards from any other range I've ever owned, and takes some getting used to.

Great range! I have been very pleased with the ease of use! My food cooks evenly and it doesn’t take a long time for water to boil. Love this!

We have had the range for a little over a month. Overall we love the range. We love the fingerprint resistant stainless steel. We love having 3 racks. The extra large burner is great for our large pasta pot and largest skillets and heats evenly. The warming eye is nice for when needing to keep something warm while still using the other 4 burners. The only drawback which is not unique to this or any other smooth glass top model range is that you end up with stains on the eyes and you need special cleaners and special care to remove the stains from things bowling over or dropping something on a hot burner. But this has been the case for the last 4 smooth glass top model ranges we have owned and used. So I don't count it as a ding against this model. The convection works great. We have not tried the Self-Steam Cleaning yet, but then again we never use the "Self Cleaning" options on any of our ranges as we don't like the amount of heat or smells it generates. We just clean the ovens manually. On a side note, my experience with Best Buy customer support in regard to this order regarding delivery of the products, promised compensation for numerous inconveniences, inaccurate account information and their inability to accurately update their own database(s) and poor customer service in general based on which customer support call center you happen to be routed to has left me with a low opinion of Best Buy.

This was a replacement range for a rental property. It fit the kitchen perfectly and really helped to brighten the kitchen up well. Definitely a good product.

Extremely pleased with this range. It replaced the range that "came" with our condominium. Temps of burners are very sensitive and adjustable. I don't miss my gas range as much. Very easy to clean if you don't allow spills to sit on the surface. A great value.

Love the range. The styling is beautiful. It has 5 top burners and 3 racks inside the oven for big meals and parties. The only caution is that the glass top is sensitive to spills, etc and needs extra care.

"Out of box" my first of these arrived with a broken convection blower, and the elements didn't appear to be as strong as they should have. Got a replacement, but had to wait another 7 days, so I'd been without a stove for 14 days from when my old one failed that started the journey. Once the new one arrived, it works fine, the stovetop is more responsive than the old LG it replaced, and the oven heats quite a bit faster with really good temp maintenance. So far, I like it a lot. It looks good as well. My second complaint is the pointlessly small drawer on the bottom. The engineers should be scolded and sent to their rooms for just how small and useless it is as storage.

Heats quickly and cooks evenly. The convection bake helps when utilizing the racks with multiple dishes.

This is my first experience with the black glass top range. It is very hard to keep clean. The stains are baked on immediately. When I received my cleaning kit I was shocked to see a razor bladed in the kit to clean glass.

This range was definitely a smart buy for us. Not only do we love how big the oven is, but how effectively it has baked everything. I put a thermometer in the oven to verify the accuracy of the temperature settings and it has been spot on. The range top is very attractive and functional. I am having to learn to be patient with induction heating as it is slower to heat up than my old electric burners. It just requires getting used to. We are very happy with this purchase!

There are a few things I’d change. There’s no real clear way to turn on the warming area on the stove top. Still don’t know how, I guess I could read the directions. Convection and bake work very well and if you’ve never used a good oven before this one will show you. The food comes out perfectly cooked! Love that!

Very pleased with our new range, huge oven, convection oven is very quiet. Dual burners work great, have used every burner and we are pleased with their performance. We have baked dessert and main courses in the oven and so far are very pleased. Easy to clean cook top. Only negative negative is manual isn’t model specific, which seems to be whirlpool way to cut costs.

My only complaint with this product is on the stove top. I think the two front burners are too close together. They both can be used at the same time but in my opinion there shouldve been a little more room between the two. There's just barely any spacing when you using both front burners at the same time and one of those pans are prett big around. Other than that everything works great so far.

I love the stove overall. Clean lines and a sleek look. I think the preheating takes longer than the old stove I had before. Overall happy with the stove.

I love my pretty new stove! It has 3 shelves in the oven so there's plenty of room for multiple dishes.
