Within the first 2 washes the machine made a grinding noise and would no longer run. It took Best Buy almost 2 weeks to have another delivered. When they were installing they noticed that the washer melted the tray we had it sitting on. We were told it was either a bad motor or baring (not sure if you spell it that way). This could have caught our house on fire. Disappointed there was no follow up by BB and that it took so long to deliver another. However we do really like the new one that was delivered and is working. So thankful for no fire!

Cleans well, deep for large comforters. Easy to use

I love the large capactiy of this washer. I can put my entire king size bedding (comforter too) and still have room. One critical feature it does NOT have is a solo spin cycle... so... if your towels are a little too damp, you have to rinse and spin (kind of defeats the purpose)-- You can't just spin to remove excess water...so be sure to change the spin level before starting a load. The other thing is the "add garment" feature. I figured I could just open and throw in. No-- it pauses the cycle altogether and you have to hold the start button down again. You can only add the garment for the first 30 seconds- a minute, then the top locks. I am sure that is safest, but one of the reasons I picked this is becuase I thought I could just open thr lid anytime snd throw something in without any fuss.

This washer has amazing capacity and runs like a dream.

This is our 3rd Cabrio. We love it. It handles really large loads with no problem. My wife is a quilter and we have several handmade quilts for our king size bed and this washer has no problem washing them. It also takes small and medium sized loads just as easily. With multiple options for different types of clothing it is a great washer.

Works great! Only challenge is getting powdered detergent to dissolve, so I use liquid detergent or pods. Love the large tub and selection of cycles. Machine is relatively quiet.

For the price this is a great machine that allows me to wash bulky items such as comforters at home

Easy to use except If you are not very tall it is hard to get the clothes out. I have to use a grabber to get some of the clothes out of the machine. The drum is too deep.

Nice large washer, quiet. fits large comforters with ease.

This Whirlpool Cabrio washer is really nice. We've had it for about 1 month or so and love it! It's so quiet and the drum size fits the largest of comforters. We also brought the match dryer as well. I highly recommend anyone looking for a new waher to consider this one.
