I have had this washer only a month now so I can't give it an excellent rating but so far this washer has exceeded my expectations. It is easy to operate, and if one uses common sense while loading it has not shut down or become unbalanced washing towels, sheets, blankets,ect..... Compared to the GE washer it replaced, this machine is in a different league. Very satisfied with purchase, and of course Best Buy sales, delivery, and setup are top notch.

Early review since I've only had this for a month but so far produces clean clothes. Extra large tub allows for washing comforters and extra large loads. May be an issue if you are short as the tub is extremely deep causing you to have to stand on your toes to reach clothes in the bottom. Won't be an issue though if you are on the tall side.

Have had it for a month now. The washer and dryer are very efficient. The only issue is the little amount of water that goes in. Its really hard to tell how well your clothes are getting cleaned. Lack of water = more friction of clothing. So your clothes look to beat up pretty well. You can have the washer add more water but it increases the time 20 minutes to an already hour wash. But overall I'm satisfied. Clothes come out as clean(I think) as an old fashion washer with a lot less soap and water.

When we first had the machine installed, the water backed up into the utility room. We live in an older home. We called a plumber and have had no problems since. The machine has every setting imaginable for laundry.

Love this new washer--very good quality, washes clothes great, and is very functional with all the bells and whistles. Love the color too--good break from traditional white or black appliance colors.

This washing machine has options for everyone's situation. From a quick "normal" wash to the most complex. I can wash any load with out worrying that I am ruining my families clothing.

I live in a townhouse and do not have much space to put a big front road washer but this is a good washer for space what I have.

So glad to have gas service, so I can use a gas dryer. I've found that running longer on a lower temperature is best for least wrinkles. Steam refresh works well when clothes sit.

Bought with matching washer , wife Ioves them both and all the cool features we have a toddler so there's plenty of use , I know it shouldn't matter but the set looks great too !

Have only had the washer about a month, but so far has done an excellent job of getting the clothes clean with minimal water. Has what seems like endless options for wash cycles. The only problem II have with this washer so far is: I am only 5' 2", so it is kind of hard to reach the clothes in the bottom.

Works great for our large family with large capacity. It runs very quiet and is easy enough for the kids to operate

Purchased the washer on sale and had Best Buy install it. Very first wash right after it was installed received "LF" error code at about 22 minutes of the 65 minute cycle. In the manual it says the drain hose is inserted to far into drain pipe in wall, should only be 6 inches in but the Best Buy guy shoved it in like 2-3 feet. Using the drain hose guide that came with washer reinserted the drain hose into drain pipe, still got error. Having re-organizing the load it completed. Every so often we would get "LF" error, sometimes it would take re-organized load up to 2 times to get wash to complete, once my wife turned it off then did a Quick Wash to finish the load. Contacted Best Buy, they told me to contact Whirlpool, which I did. The first call they told me to turn off the washer breaker for a minute, then use the washer. When I got the error again and called they had a local Whirlpool authorized service shop come out and check the machine, the tech ended up ordering and coming back to replace a "water solenoid". After a couple washes no error, but it's annoying that a brand new washer has been giving up this error, our first Whirlpool washer had no problems for 6 years until it started giving us a controller board error. This new machine also seems louder than our previous washer.

Washer cleans as expected. Steam cycle is nice. Like top loading.

We love this washer. It is so quiet and has tons of features for any type of garment.

Large drum. Uses less water. Very long wash cycles

Performs well. Many options for various types of loads. Reasonably quiet. Like the controls. No complaints.

this is my 2nd purchase of the Cabrio.. Sold my last set, upgraded to the platinum series..❤️❤️ Even more!!

I like all the features , washes very good , eco friendly and excellent price.
