It was working great for 4 years, then it started displaying error codes. The door stays locked while the error code E01 F03 display. I'm surprised that it didn't last longer. I do have geeksquad warranty, but its been a nightmare waiting for this COVID 19 to slow down so I can schedule a repair appointment.

Purchased to replace our 14 year old Duets and it is so much more quiet. It is easy to program the wash cycles and the new doors and wash bin make more sense than our old ones. After the long service life of our old ones, we had no problem selecting the Whirlpool product again.

I had my new washer for about 6 weeks now and I am beyond happy. I was a little skeptical at first but it is truly amazing. I can fit bigger loads and the clothes comes out cleaner. The drying time is about half than it was before since it comes out way dryer than it ever did with my old dryer. I'm very happy with the purchase.

My last Whirlpool was a lemon, wracked with problems from day 1. Had a 5-year warranty, service every 6 months or so, and we finally ran it until it died. I was hesitant to get one, but my wife wanted a matching set, so we got the Whirlpool. So far, this one has been great. Quiet, quick, and it gets the clothes clean. Can't ask for much more, I just hope it holds up better than the last one. The delivery left a bit to be desired. The guys were prompt, even a few minutes early, but that's where my satisfaction ended. They were rough, not very thorough, and not very patient. My washer sits in an area where a door opens in front of it, and they left it so I couldn't open said door. They also left it running and their exact words were "No leaks, sign here", and off they went. I understand that they were busy, but I just felt like th3y could;ve taken some more time and been more thorough in the installation.

It's our first high efficiency front loading washer and so far so good. Very quiet. Make sure you leave the detergent dispenser and door open after finishing, otherwise you can get mold (true for any washer) and you don't want that. We didn't buy a pedestal, and it's fine for us. Qualifies for a electric and/or water utility rebate depending on where you live - don't forget to ask.

I bought this machine to replace another, old (very old) Whirlpool Duet washing machine. This one has even more available cycles that my last. Love the machine cleaning and steam features! I do laundry every day and this machine makes my job easier. The only drawback is that the screw holes for the pedestal didn't match the ones on the pedestal from my old machine (even though the dimensions were are the same), so I had to buy a new pedestal when I bought this machine.

Love it! Quick, quiet, efficient, versatility, capacity! Better than I anticipated!

Direct drive cuts down a lot on noise, can hardly hear it running, washes clothes quicker and they come out cleaner, just don't use too much detergent, and only use (HE) .very satisfied I will buy the same brand next time, Whirlpool Duet HE, Steam!!!

We have had the main control panel replaced and are now having trouble again. First the door wouldn't unlock. Now some of the settings don't work. Frustrating.

Great quality, high efficiency, holds a crazy amount of clothes. I'm still seeing some beading on new clothes when they first go through but I think that's more about the fabric than the washer.

I am a mom of a three year old, and I'm a wife of a very messy eater. Needless to say, I do A LOT of laundry, and this washer/dryer set makes my life SO much easier! I love the various settings and adaptive wash cycles. The 'fan fresh' mode didn't actually completely dry the clothes when I used that setting, but it came pretty close without damaging clothes or having to leave something wet in the washer for too long. Anyway, I love that I can even do a oversized load of delicates in 37 minutes, flat. The matching dryer is perfect too. I'd buy again or recommend to a friend or family without hesitation! Thanks Whirlpool!!! The only thing that could make this set any better is if it were purple. :0)

This washer does everything I need it to...and more! My clothes and linens are coming out looking cleaner than with my previous washer, even though I am using the same detergent and softener. Things are drier at the end of the cycle, so less time is needed in the dryer. A number of reviews complained about the tones that sound when a setting is touched, but the manual clearly states these can be turned off by holding the cycle signal button for about 3 seconds. The installers were courteous and took their time to make sure the machine was level and would spin smoothly. I purchased the pedestal which helps eliminate awkward twisting and bending when loading/unloading, plus the drawer provides lots of storage for supplies.

A plethora of options and settings on this bad boy. Cleans clothes very well and spins the water out, all the while operating quietly. Get one!

There are so many cool features. I always forget that I have done the laundry and the fan fresh feature is great it helps prevent the clothes from smelling like mildew if you forget to take them out. Lots of choices when it comes to washing clothes. Easy to use contolr panel.

This is a great washing machine. I ordered it and the installers removed the old one and replaced the new one in about 15 minutes. They even had to go up a flight of stairs as my washer is on the second floor. So far so good. I'm very happy and my clothes come out softer. It's also very quiet. I'm very happy with this purchase.

Had a whirlpool duet before that lasted 11 years. I researched several washers for features and dependable service and went with another duet" Have tried most of the features and they work well. I like the allergy and steam feature that was added compared to my older model. I got a larger size machine because it had a better price with more features than smaller one.

We really love the washer it is wonderful, I did find a dent on the side of the washer, but it was after I had signed the papers and really had a chance to look it over carefully. I would of had it replaced if I had seen it in time, but the installers had me sign in a hurry and almost ran out to the truck to leave, shame on me
