The number of times I was given bad information about my purchase and delivery was ridiculous. Communication was either poor or nonexistent. Staff was pleasant although unhelpful, other than the man on the phone who told me I was free to make my purchase elsewhere. I won’t be buying from Best But again.

I live on NCt for my Mom in IL. My brther-in-law had to check it and make it work. Cutomer service was great with the purchasing, delivery, coordinating, and responsive,

You Have To Have A Water Outlet

Hiring a plumber would be very expensive along with labor to install this ice maker! It's not worth it! Just use ice trays!
