    Let me start by saying that if you are serious about your wellness and your progress would benefit from data driven insights, the Whoop 4.0 is a must have in your routine. The initial setup process is very easy and once you have the device paired you will start your initial calibration journey. This takes 3 days & nights but rest assured the things you’ll be able to learn about yourself are worth the wait! It is important to note that the Whoop is an always-on device; in order to get the most out of it, you’re going to need to wear it all the time including when you sleep. I found that commitment a little daunting at first but once you get used to wearing it you will pretty much forget it’s there. There’s also a bicep strap available for those who don’t want to see it on your wrist all the time. Once the first data starts coming through, you’ll learn a lot about how you are sleeping and where this factors into your recovery and strain for the next day. You’ll also start to see various tips about what you’re right or wrong, from bed and wake time variability to overdoing it in the gym one day and thinking you’re going to go perform the same the next day. Whoop’s app is super insightful and organizes into three key categories - strain, recovery, and sleep. Data is available mostly in real time, aside from some number crunching it does in the background after you wrap up a strenuous workout. Easy to use graphs help you see where you’re trending, and strain goals can be automatically set to vibrate your wrist when you’ve hit the ideal strain for a given activity. My favorite part so far are the weekly reports that come on Monday mornings. These are multiple pages of insights for you to learn from and (hopefully) plot out an even better week ahead. My one and only concern - which was enough to drop my rating w star, is the quality of the band hardware. It’s designed so you can easily change out the bands from the many options offered, but in doing so I find the pieces that hold the Whoop device in are not particularly sturdy. One side or the other is always popping out and I’m always afraid I’m going to break the pin. For a device that’s focused on promoting an active life, this feels like a miss. Bottom line - the Whoop is seriously the best by far in terms of giving you valuable information to understand your body and maximize your gains.

    I’ve been using the Whoop Band for a few months, and it’s been a game-changer. It’s not your typical fitness tracker; instead of focusing on steps, it tracks my recovery, sleep quality, and daily strain. The app gives super detailed insights, like heart rate variability and how well-rested I am, which helps me adjust workouts. It’s lightweight and comfortable to wear all the time, but it’s pricey with the monthly subscription. Also, no display or GPS, which some might miss. Still, if you’re serious about fitness and want to learn more about your body, it’s definitely worth it.

    The in-depth knowledge that you receive from this device is mind-boggling. The app is so vast that you have to take one section at a time I started wearing the loop for the first week and noticed that my sleep was being tracked and I had a crazy sleep schedule which made it hard for me to wake up and it tells me how much sleep I need to get to be able to restore and have a good healthy next day so that was the first thing I started tracking. The next thing that I focused on was the strain and recovery rates being in tune with how your body needs to recover makes for a more productive day. It also gives you goals to set to help you reach and again be more active and healthy. The only thing I don't like is how it makes my wrist feel at some point I had a small rash where the bracelet sat so I took it off a few days to give it a rest but other than that this is a great addition to help you with all activities and health and function to recover and be more healthy. And the last thing is if you have a smart watch they are starting to have these same features. But not as in depth as whoop.

    Love the whoop. Haven’t had it off since I got it. The device itself is light easy to charge on the go and plenty of options for new bands etc. The magic is the software. Been tracking sleep and it’s so helpful and accurate. Def a good add if you want to track lots of health options.

    Okay so I had my doubts, but this thing is a life changer. Its so comfortable I forget I'm even wearing it. The charging method is ahead of its time being 100% wireless. I just charge the charger, unplug it and slide it over the band. It charges as you go and adds a slight bit of bulk for a time then you can slide it off and it's all done, doesn't take super long and you barely notice it. So you never have to take it off! Sleep tracking becomes so easy and it's waterproof and you can relocate it to your bicep if you buy a separate band. I love this thing. Having P.O.T.S this thing helps me track my heart rate, sleep and exercises. It's great. And I can still wear a watch on the other wrist and it doesn't look weird lol.

    I really am liking my WHOOP and the data it provides me so far. My biggest hiccups have been that I work nights, so I have a flipped sleeping schedule and it has taken it a long time to adjust in order to properly capture my sleeps… though my poor sleeping habits definitely didn’t help it calibrate any faster. It actually made me improve my sleep habits to help it calibrate lol. I wish the accessories didn’t cost so much, I ended up buying a 3rd party bicep band bc $50 for a strap is ridiculous. I enjoy wearing it more on my arm, though I have also had more problems w the device flipping/coming off body in my sleep this way, which is annoying. Overall, the data has been pretty invaluable and has allowed me to kind of “gameify” my health in a really productive way. I like to see bigger scores in my sleep and strain so it pushes me to set proper time aside to sleep and work harder in the gym. I just wish the sensors were better with sleeping, and that I could find a more comfortable way to wear this to bed while ensuring it won’t flip. (I can tighten it to ensure this but then I wake up with a massive imprint that’s kind of tender and that doesn’t seem ideal) I can deal with it though, it’s more of a slight inconvenience if I miss a day of sleep and recovery score than a deal breaker.

    Overall, the Whoop band does what it's supposed to. I liked the metrics it provided, and it definitely motivated me to make better choices, like going to bed earlier and hitting my exercise goals. Unfortunately, it lacks a screen, which most health trackers have, and in the end, I switched back to another device. I originally thought having no screen would be a plus, but I realized I actually wanted one.The Whoop comes with an annual subscription to their service, which is nice, but it's pretty expensive. It almost feels like it would be cheaper to buy a new Whoop every year for the free subscription rather than renewing. It’s a good device, but it just wasn’t the right fit for me.

    A simple to use app with plenty of in depth features and an abundance of health trackers that are easy to read and understand. High level water resistance, very comfortable bands, and an impressive selection of band colors, styles and patterns to choose from allows you to easily wear it all day everyday, especially with the very convenient charging style that they've come up with that allows you to keep going nonstop. Only thing I wish they would add would be a clock, even a tiny barebone simplistic digital one would be so highly useful in my opinion but hey that could just be because I've been a lifelong watch wearer. With that being said I still highly recommended this device to others

    Great “watch” for tracking alot of activities

    So far, the “watch” is great. Tracks my sleep and my daily activities which is swimming, to playing tennis, and running. The app does a great job at reminding you on certain challenges and goals. As a slim, low profile “watch”, it is fantastic. I do believe that the price is a little too much for what is really is. You could get an apple watch or samsung watch that can do roughly the same on the activity side, and have a display for a little more or even a little less. There’s also a subscription service with this “watch” that is either $30 a month or $200 and some annually. They do give you a whole year for free, but they still want you to register. I’ve only had this watch for a little over a week. They do have updates coming out for it later on. The only reason I quote watch is because there’s no display which is a little bit of a downer, but like I said, it is a nice, low profile watch. If you are looking for an accurate activity tracker, this is it

    I’ve had a love/hate relationship with Whoop since 2.0. It is small, light, and comfortable to wear. I don’t like wearing two wrist items, so I tend to wear Whoop and only put on a watch when exercising. I think Whoop shines for someone with an inconsistent sleep schedule that wants to get more insights on improving sleep. I also believe it is a $300 product for a minimum 3 year app subscription included. The current price point is ludicrous.

    Been using Whoop for just under 2 years and still love it. Has many uses as far as tracking quality of Activities, Recovery, and Sleep… but the game changer is the insight it provides Weekly/Monthly through the App that allow you to focus on improving your own health based on personal goals. The App provides a customizable questionaire that you answer daily to help you understand what activities may be helping or hurting whatever Metrics you are focused on improving and moreso, compiles and delivers the results to the user in an elegant and digestable format. The Whoop device itself is simple and doesnt create distractions, but the info it gathers is deeper than any other fitness device ive owned… and ive owned ALL of them. For some users it may be too much, however, and can create and little bit of analysis paralysis. For me, ive been able to focus on different goals, depending where im at in life, and i have improved significantlyin those repective areas with use of this device.

    I've been looking for a fitness tracker that accurately tracks calories and other metrics and this does that and more. I've improved my sleep patterns with the metrics and journal it provides and improved my recovery exponentially. It does a way better job than my Apple Watch and I've swapped it for a normal watch again.

    I get that it’s more accurate (allegedly) and more minimalist (definitely) but it’s still just a tracker. Being able to charge while still wearing it is a plus. The fact that it holds a charge for a long while is a huge plus but the monthly charge makes this a hard long term purchase. I would say the readings are accurate and useful but it’ll be hard to justify paying $30 a month after I get into a routine. I paid for the year but don’t think I’ll be here for year two.

    Really like the versatility can be worn anywhere on the body none intrusive.Works excellent in activity tracking spot on.Heart rate is also accurate if not I would of return it one of the best. Would of gave it 5 stars is because of the subscription model.I have one year don’t know if I’ll continue after that .My apple watch I can get the same data from for free

    It is so accurate and helps me keep a track on my daily routine. I recommend each and every individual to wear this. Perfect handy design and most accurate fitness band till now.

    Whoop Wops Oura, maybe?

    I also have an OURA, so got this for comparision-- I am extremely concerned about my sleep. I actually like the app and way information is presented a bit better than the OURA. The "sleep deficit" on the WHOOP is something I like better. Oddly, it seems the WHOOP and OURA reverse deep (restorative) sleep and REM. In addition, there are days the OURA and WHOOP give me opposite advise about how much to stress my body. They seem to have these as the opposite. I like the details provided in the journal option (and the journal option itself) for the WHOOP. The band on the WHOOP connects in an odd way, but I am getting used to it.
