I ended up using it all day except when i workout. The black one that comes with the whoop takes all the sweat and this one just stays cleaner and dry. I like how easy it is to switch out the bands whenever i need to.

I do note, that, in general, the bands are a bit tricky to attach, but work very well once you figure them out.
