OS that everyone can use easily

Had to wipe it and install Windows 7 ultimate, had to find a few drivers ( Acer wouldn't help ) but much happier now. I recommend buying 1 or 2 licenses while it can still be found.

This OS is better than home and professional
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This operating system performers better than home and professional, the reason why I say this is because Vista, XP, and later version programs would not run with Windows 7 home or professional but do run with this version.

Not ready to try Win8
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Got the system builder version of Win7 to make a new machine to take me through whatever is going to come of the Windows8 thing. Made my last machines last with XP until 7 came out. Am happy to say I never owned a system with Vista. Hopefully the new iteration of Windows 8 will come back to being something impressive but, think 7 Ultimate will be my OS for quite a while.

As close to Perfect as possible

This Windows OS is to replace Windows 7 Home. I waited 1 week for this version, I will not go to 8. If I want a tablet I will use a tablet, not a Computer!

This product is to use with a downloadable file.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I didn't realize I was not buying a regular Windows 7 product but a product for someone who had a downloadable file. When I called Microsoft they said that I shouldn't use an OEM product which this was. The problem is that Microsoft is trying to get everybody to WIN 8 and isn't supplying to vendors the regular WIN 7 products so Best Buy couldn't exchange it. This is very frustrating because my computer is old enough that I didn't want WIN 8 but new enough and with Vista that WIN 7 would work.

better windows
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.the software is pretty good most of all the software i have works with it and or a simple driver update and fixed.i think its the next windows xp.i also think its more stable as far as internet explorer no crashs.so the software is pretty good so far.
