Purchased on 11 March 2024 and received it 15 March 2024. Today is 1 April 2024 and it sounds like a washing machine out of a balance or similar to machine gun fire. Not happy.

Best WINIX I've purchased. Low speeds are quiet. Does a large area. Comes back on by itself after s power outage, thats a plus for me since power blinks frequently.

I’ve compared this to two other brands I own, and have decided replace the other brands. Main reason is noise and air flow. The Winix app is very easy to use and set up. The style of the Winix works better for my room design and the airflow is higher than the other more expensive brands I own.

plasma wave feature is not good

we loved this at first, then the plasma wave feature started acting up. We'd turn it off and it would turn itself back on. After a year, it started to bother us. We changed all the filters and still had trouble. We think it was the plasma wave never turned off and it irritated us. We contacted the company and had to response or solution. Now we have a big paperweight we can't use.

Hello, please email [email protected] and the team will look into this issue immediately. The PlasmaWave feature has a turn off function and should not change the performance of the unit at all.
