I was optimistic, but I have to see my doctor monthly and the Oxygen level has matched my doctors each time and I was recording my sleep patterns manually and continued to do so, but have stopped using just the Pulse o2 since it was matching up perfect as well. I give a 4 because of the lack of instructions on setting up.

I purchased this because it had a heart rate monitor. I did not realize I would have to take it out of the band in order for me to push the button and then have to place my finger on it.
I also found that it is Not accurate. I would do a brisk 5 miles on my elliptical and it would say I walked half a mile.
I should have spent a little more on something else that would have meet my needs.

Seems pretty accurate on steps and elevation changes (stairs/hills). It has a pretty decent app for tracking workouts too. We bought it because it had an Oxygen sensor and a heart rate monitor. The O2 and HR work fine, but you've got to take the device off the watchband and press your finger on the sensor for them to work--fine at the end of a workout/walk, but impractical while doing anything.

I just love this thing. It counts steps, tracks sleep activity, and many more things that give me incentives to stay motivated. The only thing I have to get next is the scale. It even syncs all information to your phone!

Great tracker, you can easily check, pulse and oxygen level with no problem. This is great when exercising. Keeps track of steps, miles and elevations! Tells calories burned too. Works great with the withings scale.

Good activity tracker for the money. The pulse feature is nice, though the companion app targets resting heart rate. It will tell you you're out of shape if you use it while active. The app is good for encouraging activity and healthy habits.
It seems that the device is more accurate when worn on the clip on your belt than when on the wristband.

I bought this fitness tracker because I wanted one with a heart rate monitor because I do more weight lifting than cardio. However this unit isn't very convenient for checking your heart rate as the sensor is on the back of the unit itself so you have to take it out of its holder to use it. Makes this pretty much useless for checking heart rate in a gym setting. But it measures your steps and elevation pretty well although every tracker I have used seems to be pretty inaccurate. I like that they give you a bracelet holder and one that clips on your belt so that you have 2 ways to wear it. I wore it on my wrist during the day and then just put the sensor in my pocket at the gym.
Also the unit itself isn't waterproof so you can't leave it on while washing the dishes or taking a shower.

The withing pulse works well tracking steps and heartrate however there are issues with the Withings Android app software that does not allow it to synchronize the data captured properly.

The withings Pulse O2 tracker does several things very well. The step counter works well and integrates seamlessly with the UA MyFitnessPal app that I use. For me, this is a serious plus.
In addition all the other features work well - I especially use the Pulse O2 feature at the end of a run. The fact that it measures elevation gain is a great feature that some of the competing products don't do. I don't like to wear something on my wrist and I like the fact that it has a clip I can put the tracker in and just keep it in a pocket or clip it to my clothes is nice. My only minor complaint is that the sleep tracking feature doesn't automatically turn off once you get up and start moving around. If you don't remember to turn it off you can miss an entire day of tracking so I often don't use the sleep tracking feature.

I love love love the band! it was the softest and most comfortable I tried! I liked the O2 sensor but you have to take the piece off the band to use the o2 or heart rate. so it's not really meant to use while you are moving or exercising and that's what I wanted. the steps were about 50% accurate. It seems to count arm swings and not really steps. We have a 2 story house and this product only counted it maybe 2 out of 10 times I went up the stairs- obviously the stairs do not change each time. Sleep mode only tracks the amount of time between when you turned it on and when you turned it off. so not really a sleep tracker in my opinion. I was really hoping I would love this product because it was super comfortable (I have a small wrist) and the price was great, and the product features appeared to be what I was looking for. But in the end I had to return it because it wasn't want I needed.

I bought this for the ability to change between wrist and clip. That works well. It does not track heart rate continuously as I thought. It syncs up well and has a long battery length.

Was looking at other fitness devices and saw this on sale. Checked online in store for ratings, specs and connectability and that sold me. This device has helped in everyway I needed. I have sleep apnea and desired a easier portable O2 tracker and pulse. That and more. Just following the graphs and suggestions I lost 28 lbs with no extra effort. Sleep gets better each day. I will be buying more withings products. Chech them all out and enjoy better health and home. This is the one that is truly personal. don't rate often but this deserves praise. Go Withings, It's the now and the future. Mr. K.

I've tried the Garmin Vivofit, Jawbone UP, and FitBit Force, and the Withings Pulse O2 is the one I will keep. The Vivofit is great if you like waterproof and goal tracking on the device. The UP I didn't like at all. and the Force was a serious contender.
That said I own a Withings Scale and Blood Pressure Cuff and having the Pulse made sense since they all work with the same HealthMate app. So if you have or want a connected scale I would get the Pulse to keep all your data close and monitored from a single app.
The unit is well built, unfortunately its not waterproof like some of the others, which sticks for swimming, a waterproof clip case would be a great additional accessory.
All said. I like it and I'll keep it.

This little thing can do many things instead of simple daily activity tracking. It is small, light and cute looking. However it doesn't measure continuous heart rate.

This device does exactly what it says it does. It works great and syncs with the app seamlessly. But if you are a bit of a big picture person and often miss small details it is not for you. The thing is about the size of an eraser, and erasers are easy to misplace. And then the device is nearly impossible to find. It is so small and you have no way of knowing where it is other than when it syncs you know it is within 30 feet. But if no steps have been counted in an hour it won't sync making the easily misplacable, small device nearly impossible to find. But other than that it is great.

If you wear on your wrist it seems to be very exaggerated in its count but if you use the pocket holder it seems to be more accurate! I like mine
