But their connectors are JUNK. They break if you barely move the them. I tried to be cutting edge and put led strips behind my glass tile, and after all the work I went though their stupid and I mean stupid weak connection broke on me. So needless to say all the work I went through was for nothing. And trust me it wasn’t easy. JUNK JUNK JUNK JUNKJUNK WASTE OF MONEY

Terrible Experience with App
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Really bad experience: To start the installation was super easy and the factory settings had 4 color options that looked amazing. From there I set about connecting the strips to the app. This was a HUGE headache. If your router doesn't support a 2.4ghz band than you won't be able to connect at all. The app didn't say this though, it kept telling me randomly my wifi password was incorrect (it wasn't) and made me restart the process of connection. I finally tried creating a 2.4ghz hotspot with my PC and after a few attempts was able to connect! However, for some reason this also changed the color settings, I could no longer press the button manually to change colors, and the app would only stick to one. I decided I'd rather just use the factory colors over choosing between 16 million shades of blue, and disconnected the device. The warning said it would reset to the original settings. However, this did not happen. Instead it changed the settings to only show one shade of white. Clicking the button now shut it on and off. I realized I was going to have to use the app again if I wanted to see any colors at all, so I tried to reconnect. However, the pairing process had also been messed up. Now instead of flashing blue to pair, the light is dimmable. Which essentially means I can't pair again, I can't use any colors, and I can't reset to factory settings. Buyer beware.
