Okay it's DVD. It's what we watched for 50 years. I was intrigued with the list of music that was licensed for this release. A little sad about the lack of PINK FLOYD. It stood out like a sore thumb. (WETM). Carlson says to Johnny are there dogs barking on that record? It was not DOGS but it was close. The picture is as good as 525 video could get (That's basically 480i but lines not pixels) Shout Factory did a great job. I watch a disc every night. I finally saw one that I never saw. WHAT A GREAT SHOW. Thanks Shout Factory. I use to have a crush on Bailey, and Johnny asks her What do you think of Ted Nugent. Her answer BACK THEN is pretty much what most people say today. Johnny throws the record. Great show. And I can tell you as I am an Ex Radio DJ, That really is about how everything works. Technically and socially.

I am half way through the series and I already ran into one the points that was an issue with licensing. Yet the music they chose to replace DOGS by Pink Floyd although not Floyd is not distracting enough to notice IF Carlson had not turned to Johnny(? Venus?) and said "are there dogs barking on this song?" I would have missed it. Picture quality is the best you can expect from 525 lines interlace AKA 480i. And the sound is great as well. IT IS DATED! But what show in the can isn't. TREAT YOURSELF TO WKRP!

Why purchase each season and pay more when you can purchase the entire series. Yes, there are a few episodes that weren't so good, but overall the entire series was excellent. Get it today.

Wkrp In Cincinnati is one of the funniest TV shows I've seen and the diverse characters are a pleasure to watch.

If you love pop radio, get this series. Gives new meaning to binge watching.

A show I enjoyed a great deal in my younger days. Lots of great characters and entertaining stories. Surprising number of message themes.
