This CyberPowerPC is excellent straight out of the box. The only issue I had was removing the side panel to remove the protective foam iside. The instructions tell you to remove screws from the back first. That is incorrect. There are no screws in the back. These are generic instructions that don't match this model exactly. What you need to do is remove the top cover first, it lifts right off using the grip handle in the back. After removing the top there is a screw that holds the glass panel in place. There is one screw for each side panel. Remove the screw and now the panel will pull out from the clips that hold it in. I hope this helps someone because it was very frustrating for me. Now the pros on this piece of art, and it is a beautiful machine. It is super quiet and very fast. I do photo editing with photoshop and other power hungry programs and this thing does the edits instantly. My old computer struggled to keep up. If you're into photgraphy or movie editing this is not just a gaming PC, It will handle the edits with ease. It's expandable. It has plenty of power plugs in the back to add additional SSD's and 6 open Sata ports on the motherboard. I added 2 additional SSD's increasing storage to 2.5 TB's. There is also 2 additional RAM slots if you want more than 16GB of RAM. The lights on the fans and keyboard are cute and all, but I'm not into the glitter. You can turn the fan lights off and I just turned the keyboard lights into a solid white color for good visibilty. One function I did find useful for the fan lights is you can set them to tell the temperature of the CPU. They stay green if it's nice and cool, turn yellow if it heats up, and turns red if it's getting too hot. Search CyberPowerPC fan lights on Youtube to get instructions on how to adjust the lights, it's very easy. Overall I'm super happy with this PC. It looks great, It's fast, it's quiet and it comes preloaded with Windows 11. One last thing I would say is that I ordered almost the exact PC from some internet company named after a river. I ordered new. They sent me an open dirty box that had been shipped out twice before and was taped back up. I had to go through wasting my time with the return and wondering when and if I would get my money back. The next day I ordered the same brand PC from Best Buy. It was a couple hundred more but it has more memory, a better CPU, a better graphics card, more storage space and when I picked it up a nice smiling face handed me a clean new box and asked if I needed help bringing it to my car. If you're considering buying this PC I highly recommend it. But if you do, buy it from Best Buy!

This is my first prebuilt gaming pc. It has very awesome specs and is built very durable. Packaged with care.

I got this for my wife and so far its running great i havent had any issues with it we have had a lot of fun playing it runs a lot of games smoothly and the stuff that comes included definitely make it worth it if ur looking for a cheap starter pc trying to get into gaming i would definitely recommend this one

It works kind of. Had it for only a month or two and it restarts randomly, games crash, and just this morning it froze up and the audio made a buzzing sound and it might be too late to return
