To my knowledge, this is the only modem/router available for the Xfinity Triple Play format. I have been using it for over a month now and see no difference between Arris and Comcast's plus I save $10.00 a month. Hookup was easy. One by one, remove the wires from the Comcast gateway and connect them to the matching connector on the Arris. Plug it in and return your Comcast gateway and lower your cable bill. WIFI range as good as the Xfinity gateway. No difference in phone or TV performance.

I bought this router from BestBuy for my internet network at home and it is very good router to bring WiFi around my home.

signed on with Comcast, they wanted 10/month to rent their modem, so I bought this one because it is the same as they rent. works great, have only used it briefly so far but expect no problems.

Item was recommended for our X-finity set-up with bundled TV, Internet and phone.

One of the few modems that works with XFINITY triple play. I haven't had any issues with it. I just wish it was cheaper.

Instructions were fairly easy to read and follow. The internet connections were accomplished within a short period of time.

Love the router, one day i got fed up with paying the cable company for theirs so i got my own. 2 can play that game

Great gateway, but a little pricey, even with the price match I used. It's the only option BB has for xfinity triple play.

Expensive, and the only thing available if you have the triple play programming.

I bought this modem/Router combo with telephone adapter b/c it's the only one in the market that will work with Comcast services when having home phone service. The range on it is terrible on the 2nd floor. The 1st floor is fine. I had to extend my wifi with another router to have wifi coverage on the 2nd floor.

Purchased to save the monthly rental fee from Comcast. Easy set up. Works great!

So far so good on the modem, hope it will surpass the warranty of 30 months.

Works good, I would recommend it to someone with comcast/xfinity if that are looking for a good modem/ / router.

I bought my modem instead of renting from Comcast. It works at least as well and so far I have had none of the pesky modem failures like I had with my rented modem. It's great not to have to pay the cable company for anything extra.

We bought the moden and router from best buy. We thought it was a better option than renting it monthly from Comcast. It has been working great ! The salesman was well informed and gave me the right unit for my needs! Thank You!
