Purchased this from my local Best Buy for my first gaming rig. I originally picked up an R7 240, but returned it to get this GPU after it went on sale a week later. It's been able to handle anything I've thrown at it so far. Would highly recommend this card for the price.

As a gamer/PC builder since 1996, I have seen many a card come & go. XFX has continued to pump out affordable performance series cards in the AMD R series lineup via Best Buy only. For the price, this card really delivers! Comparing it to the R9390, it comes in real close in performance & the quality is outstanding for half the cost. Don't get me wrong, I have the R9390 now & the is a difference. However, compared to other options out, this is a great choice for those who don't want to rebuild their PC to have great video. Be sure to team this up with the Corsair RM600 power supply Best Buy has or have a 600w one with a PCIE "rail". If not, the card may not get enough power & it will glitch making you think the card is bad. This comes factory over clocked & there's more room left. This card can go 1200mhz & 1725mhz on stock cooling! It won't get close to overheating either.

We have NO problem Running 3D graphic games. This card is amazing. I do wish the dual fans came with LED's, but the speed trumps anything thing that I could say. The ease of installation & technical support was fantastic as well.

    Two Monitor Support

The Decision to upgrade my current graphics card to the AMD Radeon R7 was fueled by the need for support for Dual Monitors. I found it difficult to get information on a Card that would accomplish this with twin DVI Outputs. After checking out the product descriptions, determined this was a good investment for its support of DX11 and twin heads. The Card does require a separate power connector which you will find with most current power supplies but you may want to check, especially if you have a system purchased off the shelf (HP, DELL) The Card has been installed for several weeks and has run without a hitch. It is a quiet card that has not had the issues with some fans spinning to keep the GPU Cool and screaming at the same time. Important because we use this in a studio situation. It's also a capable gaming card with respectable performance on the latest games. It isn't the top of the line however for under 165.00 I was able to support twin monitors and step up the gaming, very happy with this.

I was looking for a low grade video card and saw this one by itself next to it. I grabbed it because of the low price. After installing it and playing a few games i would have paid more for it. I put it in my 6 year old computer and it's giving me a couple of more years of life. What more can I ask for.

I deliberated between an r7 or r9 card, and after reading multiple reviews on Tom's and CNET, understood that this was a great card providing great speed for the money. It has plowed through multiple video games from 2015 and I experience no lag when processing multiple images in photoshop!

    R9 200 series in WinXP

It runs on both WinXP and Win7. It's recognized as a R9 200 series on WinXP and is not Overclockable on it unless use Afterburner even then it's kinda iffy. Win7 recognizes it but if you try to install drivers through the AMD Website your in for a long haul. Just install the provided CD drivers. Overall didn't see a big difference from a r7 240 to this... Until, i upped the Graphics quality. The Benchmark scores where the same or a little lower compared to the R7 240 on the PSO2 benchmark using the settings i always use. But, the performance is revealed once you start racking up the settings. so it was confusing at 1st since i would've suspected higher score on the same basic settings. It looks awesome and runs awesome no glitches that i have noticed runs my old games at high settings. Would recommend once prices drop as the Radeon RX 480, 470 and 460 are coming out and the Radeon RX 460 is to be a little stronger and more efficient than this. But, if your set on this go ahead it's quite good. I have mine OC to 1200mhz Core and 1500 Memory. I'm running a EVGA 600 watt PSU, Phenom 9500, 4gb ram WIn7/XP

Very Nice and Excellent Mainstream Graphics Card. I use this in my main rig for all types of gaming and video editing. Its only a 2GB VRAM model, but its been a major upgrade from my old AMD Radeon 6850 1GB DDR5 Card. Super quiet, easy install. Highly recommended if you need a newer video card for current gen games without breaking the bank. I run all games even doom on High Settings, World of Warcraft on Ultra with 68fps. I use a ASUS VG248QE 1ms 24" 144hz gaming montior, this video card runs perfect with the monitor and running a Amd FX-6300 with 8GB ram, all stock no overclocking...great budget gaming setup.

this card was a replacement card for a R9 I had gotten from Best Buy that failed. I got this card because Best Buy did not have another R9 card to swap my card out with in stock. This card is not anywhere near as good as the R9 but for what it is its a good card it handles most of my gaming needs at mid level. Not great for overclocking.

I've had this graphics card for about a month as of this writing, and I'm completely satisfied with it. I am a casual gamer,so I didn't need the latest and greatest card. For my needs, this is more than sufficient. I can play my games a higher frame rates than my older Radeon card. Overall, I've no regrets with my choice. Good mid-level graphics for the price.
