Customers are saying

Customers find value in the Speedster MERC310's high performance and substantial VRAM, especially beneficial for 4K gaming. Many appreciate its competitive price and relatively cool operating temperatures, although some note its large size. While the card excels in rasterization performance, ray tracing capabilities are considered a weaker point by some users.

    XFX 7900 XT 20GB Powerhouse

7900 XTX XFX is a great card for its price to performance ratio. On Direct X 12 games or most modern titles, ultra settings, 1080p 240hz, you’re looking at 160-200 fps generally. On Cyberpunk 2077, 89 fps with ray-tracing on, 220 with ray-tracing off, still with max settings. 30 fps with ray and path tracing. 75 Celsius max temps for both, which is extremely cool for that work load. On 4k monitor, frames back down to 67 fps but that’s expected since it’s a high resolution. Pair with any AMD 3D cache cpu and you’re going to get a real work horse when it comes to high resolution gaming or high frames for 1080p if you’re not into 1440p or 4k. Pretty gaming aside now we dip into competitive gaming which is generally in the 1080p/240hz realm with most comp player setups. 20GBs is no joke with ultra settings on, with it off you’re there’s zero issue on DX12. It’s like asking a race horse if it can walk down the road. In Fortnite it is most stable using DirectX 12, however pay attention to what AMD reddit is saying whenever a new driver releases they will tell you if it’s unstable and not to update the card. But don’t be confused with shader cache, anytime your card updates there will be stutters as the GPU reloads the cache, within a day you’ll be back to stable frames. My only concern with this card any DX11 applications specifically FN performance mode. AMD has stability fix for 6000 series card, just google, but 7000 series you can’t do the workaround to fix microstutters on DX11 apps or FN performance mode, I tested it recently and got less than 5% microstutters which looks like 5 events during a nights gaming session online. For some it’s negligible, but for others it’s an eyesore for a 20GB current gen card. I’d say this card is great for high res or 1080p gaming, you’ll get some of the current graphics features in games like Ray-tracing, only downside is DX11 stability and driver updates. Will fit in a NR200 mini itx case.

This gpu can run the latest games at 4k and 1440p and it's been a blast ever since I picked one up. I can play Fortnite at 4k with over 144fps and Marvels Spider Man Remastered at 1440p high settings with smooth high fps. If your looking for a high end gpu that's excellent for the price i definitely recommend this.

I have been impressed with the performance of this card. The price on this card was perfect for my budget and was much better than what I would have paid for the same performance on the Nvidia line. Getting the card installed and working was as basic as any video card, and it works fine with Windows 11 PRO. The software has a steeper learning curve than the competition. It's also not as intuitive to work with, and you will need to watch some videos to understand how the features work.

I picked up this card to upgrade a family member from an aging RTX3070. This thing did not disappoint for 1440P gaming. The card was on the large side but I don't think that's unreasonable for a quiet 20GB graphics card. Be sure to use the included GPU support bracket, you're going to need it.

Do keep in mind before considering buying this graphics card. In addition to the sack bracket that's included in the box, buy another one that you can put at the bottom of the graphics card to prevent sagging. Value: I bought this at a steep discount. 10/10 Quality: it seems to be in an excellent condition, there's coil whining when the GPU fans are working but it is to be expected. Ease of use: as an AMD GPU you could change the settings more specifically compared to Nvidia. Note: it has 20gb vram, very much needed nowadays for 4k gaming.

Returned My Brothers 2080Super or rather gave it back to him and Bought the 7900xt for my AMD Build, Now I'm Running ALL AMD. Ryzen 7 7700x with DDR5 32GB and 7900xt 20GBVram and I gotta tell coming up from a 2080 with 8GB of Vram is WORLDS APART, and I got a Nice little 7 inch Monitor running ADIA64 to watch all the important Stuff. My Brother tells me I can now Run 4K with this setup but I'm Gonna Stick 1440 for now until 4K Monitors go on sale later by the end of the year. So I did a Refit from my Previous Build

It came with a mount for the case which i used cause my case is big enough to accomodate. In terms of performance to cost ratio this is the cutoff point. Any higher cost and your performance sees diminishing returns. The price of a current gen console like the ps5 pro u can get a gpu thats worth it. It was the same way ten years ago with the cost of a ps3 being equal to the cost of a gtx970. I have the phantom gaming 7900xt as well as this xfx 7900xt, and this one has better temps while gaming, with a slight undervolt of the same degree on both cards.

Ive had this card since June of this year and its been a fantastic card. I game at the highest setting at 1440 and some games I have ray tracing on also with games like Dying Light 2, Robocop, and Control. I never plan to go 4k so I can't give my experience om 4k. AMD is now at FSR3 with is adrenaline software which make your gaming experience even better. For a $700 card its price: performance cant be beat. I have it paired with a Ryzen 9 7900x.

For simply $80 more than the cost of a 4070 Super, you can get this beast of a card. I can run Destiny 2 at 4K 120fps easy all day. Same with Overwatch and Halo Infinite at 4K Ultra. Don't be blinded by raytracing, it costs way too much to your performance than it's worth visually. This card eats the 4070 TI Super's lunch at most games. Save the money and get this beast of a card!

Bought this graphics card to upgrade from a xfx speedster 6800(non xt) and boy it is a night and day difference! AMD really outdid themselves between the performance and quality of this card. The temps are incredibly stable even with super demanding graphics, I have yet to see the card break 60c. This card is super stable and I haven’t trouble running anything at 1440p and ultra settings. If I ever do Adrenaline has frame generation feature that has came a long way from what it was! I’ve tried it (but not needed it on any games I’ve played) and it doubles your fps with barely any noticeable input lag. I would highly recommend this card to anyone looking for a high end system with great performance with out paying an arm and a leg.

I’ve finally made the upgrade from the RX 6600 to the 7900 XT, and I must say, this card is incredible! I can effortlessly edit videos and play nearly every game at 120-160 FPS on ultra settings without needing to boost through AMD Adrenaline software. Keep in mind, this video card is quite large, so it’s wise to verify that your computer case has ample space beforehand.

If you're looking to get into gaming, AMD is right up your alley. I switched from NVIDIA to this card and honestly I don't regret it. If you're not that much into Ray Tracing but still want beautiful graphics, this is the card for you. It's a powerful card. I was able to achieve high FPS on Ultra Settings for most of the games that I play. I highly recommend this card.

Great graphics card. Love that this card was available. I recommend buying this over the 50 series while Nvidia figures out what is going on with all the technical problems they are having. Maybe trading this in later at Micro center and buying the 50 series once they figure out all the small issues. These become available shortly after midnight online every few days while supplies last. AMD adrenaline software isn't the best, but a very solid graphics card. Got over 250fps - 300fps on my flight simulator.
