    Significant Improvements from 5000 Series

Upgraded from the 5600XT because it had too little of VRAM for my liking. So far so good when it comes to performance. Using AMDs Radeon software, I have had no issues with overclocking. It's also thinner than my previous card, though it is longer. Coming from a 5600XT paired with a 3700X CPU and 32 GBs RAM, I saw improvements of around 20 FPS when it comes to games such as Halo Infinite and Call of Duty. Less graphic intensive games such as TFT and WoW saw upwards of 50 to 60 extra FPS (though this doesn't necessarily improve performance). Even paying what I did, I believe I still made out with a solid GPU and would highly recommend this GPU.

I got it for 550$ a little more then the the suggested retail but with the current gpu situation I’m good with it. I paired it with Ryzen 5 5600x runs 1440p at decent frame rate for most titles

Im schizophrenic and mine ethereum because i can’t hold a job, I also think if you have a problem with ether mining your thought process is backwards, if you spend big money on a gaming pc that you would otherwise waste countless hours of your life on (gaming is an addiction, not a noble pursuit, my World of Warcraft account has over 3 years /played on it) you can now pay it off and upgrade “for free” every year, so if youre a gamer and you refuse to mine it comes off as immature and stubborn. You can’t get what you want when you want it so you blame the people you think are preventing you from having it and throw a tantrum. Now that thats out of the way this is an excellently built GPU and makes my other 6600xt feel like cheap plastic in comparision. It gets 32.8mh/s 33.5mh/s with fast timing but im not positive fast timing is stable. It handles 2k fine on lower settings in borderlands 3, definetly worth the $600 in this market.

Awesome card, works perfect for mining, $600 is the new MSRP. All these people whining oh i cant snag this for the advertised $300 MSRP get used to it cause its never gonna change. These are the new prices for GPU'S nowadays and they are not gonna drop, it has nothing to do with this baloney chip shortage or miners.....they just figured out that your still gonna buy these even if they charge ridiculously high prices. The card runs cool and is a great budget GPU for 1080 gaming DEFINITELY pick one up if you can.

Coming from an RX 570, this was a huge upgrade that really improved performance specifically on 1440p gaming. Got it paired with a ryzen 5 3600. Getting 200fps+ on all the fps esports titles high settings and 75-90fps on games like New World on high settings (except in town lul). Had to pay $100 more than msrp at $550, but honestly with how hard it is to find a gpu rn, this is worth it to me imo instead of trying the other routes or buying from scalpers. Haven’t had any crashes, overheating or driver problems btw for anyone scared about that (although it hasn’t even been a week of playing with it). I don’t use any special cooling either, just basic case and mounted fans. I highly recommend jumping on this, especially if you want the confidence and reassurance of getting a legitimate video card from a reputable source like best buy .

    1080p gaming, RDNA2 architecture

This card is recommended only for 1080p gaming. So if you were hoping for 1440 or 4K, this wouldn't be the first choice. Since I wanted a cheaper set up, and all things considering with GPU availability, and I honestly don't care too much for resolution, I'm a happy camper! With the 3 fans, it stays pretty cool, but is big and heavy. So it will have GPU sag and if you're someone that will care about that, then I would recommend a GPU brace or even making on yourself that can hold the card up. I've even seen pictures of people using Lego sets so it's really up to your imagination. Highly recommend it if you're ok with 1080p gaming. And it has the RDNA2 architecture so it should be useful for a while.

Amazing card, I bought this for mining but have used it for both mining and gaming. Great card for gaming if your on a 1080pish setup, runs pretty cool as well for an amd card. I have been using it for mining now tho for the past 3 months and I have to say it is absolutely amazing when it comes to mining. This thing is extremely efficient , I get 32 MH @ only 59 w ... I honestly want to buy more of the 6 series of AMD cards because I am so impressed with this card but I am just waiting for prices to bottom out as the GPU market has been crashing and every day prices are going lower and lower.

The card plays everything that I've tried very well at 1080p 60hz with maxed out settings (probably would work fine at higher rez and/or refresh rate, but this is what I've tested). It's a very cool and quiet card so far (most games temps stay around 60c edge with a few I've seen heat it up to about 70c, but my pc case only has 2 case fans in it, so with good airflow, I'd expect even better temps). It was quite expensive buying one when I did, but it was one of the best deals I could find on a new card available at this time. I wish it would have been cheaper, but that's the crazy times we live in.

I have no complaints of the card, since I upgraded everything but the monitor (still stuck with 1080p) This card meet the whole purpose of its specification, the 1080p King, at this resolution I'm able to play everything at ultra. It's impressive silent, if you have an open frame case this is a plus. The missing star it's for the inflated price, just insane...

The XFX RX 6600 XT meets all expectations. Performs as expected or better and build quality is good as with all XFX products I have worked with. Only extremely small downside is some sort of lighting/led to show it's powered up. The value score is lower since this has been sold at a time when graphics cards are crazy inflated.

I use this for mining only. Gets around 30 mh/s on ethash and can also dual mine Toncoin with a slight increase in power. Excellent performance. Uses very little power and thus gives off little heat. Con is the high price for an entry level GPU.

Solid performance and looks, good value. Nice looking card with a metal backplate, quiet, runs super-cool, great performance. Of course, well above "MSRP" due to the current market at the end of 2021, but overall very satisfied with this card.

I have been looking for a graphics card for over a year now and was able to find this card for $549 and in stock. I upgrade from an RX 480 and have greatly enjoyed my purchase. Temps are way better than what my RX 480 had and it is a lot quieter than the other card. I wish I did not have to pay nearly $600 for a graphics card at this level though but I'm glad I was able to get one for not a insane price.

    The New Standard GPU

This gpu performs fairly well. I have it paired with the ryzen 7 3700x and 2x8gb 3600mhz ram. The card has been averaging around 150fps on high settings in most popular game titles (tested at 1440p). Considering that AMD does not have video encoding like Nvidia, it does render photos and videos well when I was editing/photoshopping. The card is fairly quiet with a 3 fan configuration. For those who are wandering, it does have a switch for the stock overclock on the gpu. I have not used it since I wanted to test the performance straight out of the box. I’m not sure how much more performance you would get from overclocking this card. The temperature for the card doesn’t get hot easily considering that it is air cooled. Aside from the increase in price, this card performs well with casual gaming and rendering.
