Graphic card with problems

Within a few days of starting to use the video card, I started having problems like the one in the photo.
I was playing a game and out of nowhere a green screen appeared and everything stopped, the computer rebooted itself and after starting the graphics card was not recognized.
I updated my PC, I updated drivers, I updated Windows, I formatted my PC. I did everything I could to make sure it wasn't me who made a mistake.
I'm still having the problem so I'll return it and ask for another one.

If it worked it would be great- Since got the graphics card I noticed that there was odd lighting issues and spots but I thought maybe I could adjust settings to fix the issue. However, after Ipassed the return period, the gpu started giving no display error issues and the fans get really loud. I'm currently still dealing with the issue and having to try and work with the manufacturer because best buys return policy period is so short. Wouldn't recommend this product, if I could go back I would probably have paid a little more for an Nvidia card.

Avoid purchasing this graphics card at all cost. it crashes your PC whenever a a game is started. Tried removing all drivers with DDU and downloaded suggested driver from XfxForce and the issue persists... Now my only option is to mail it to them so they can try and fix it and wait for them to send it or a replacement back... The whole process is very inconvenient and I wish I would have done more research on this graphics cars before purchasing as it seems a lot of people on Reddit or experiencing the same issue.

better frame rates than the 6700xt. I am guessing because of the 16gb of VRAM. All in it is a quiet and cool card in its price class it is probably the best. I game @ 1440p 165hz

Card works great. Games run awesome, rendering videos in 3d programs or other video editing software was a nice upgrade. I give it 3 stars cause it lacks cuda and you need an Nvidia card to do certain 3d work projects. This card just won't do it. . at all. For $400 almost, it should do it all!

Drivers don't work, Gpu crashes constantly, and amd hasn't pushed a fix for it.
