If I had known this was all you had to spend to play your most demanding games on the highest, or nearly highest settings...
If you’re on a budget build get this, rather than a RX 580 or 590, it’s almost the exact same price. Plus the new AMD GPU architecture WILL HAVE RAY TRACING, but will require some driver updates.
I really didn’t expect to be able to max out Red Dead 2!? averaging around 60 FPS which looks smooth as can be. Less demanding games perform even better.
This has half the number of processing/cuda cores, and the memory bandwidth is quite a reduction from the 5700XT that was my last purchase (btw the 5700 performs on par with a RTX 2070 non super) But despite those shortcomings, this card really pulls through and I’m glad I got the 8 gig version. Currently I’m using 5.2 gig on that sliding scale, some cards don’t perform well once you go over the 50% mark. So I was very surprised when I was able to put that slider up to almost 6gig/75%, and still got smooth performance.
Has a dual bios switch, not sure what exactly it changes

Sorta a last minute purchase just after Black Friday and right before the Christmas hustle and bustle for electronics. I built a cheap 1080p gaming PC because 1) HD has enough clarity for me 2) you can't beat the price. I could only splurge on my CPU so, I went with this little black guy. This card will run COD: Modern Warfare at next to max settings pretty well with a above average CPU but, you can tell it is lacking, slightly. This GPU processer series should be considered a good-enough-fix upgrade with an optimistic idea for a beefer upgrade later on when faster GPUs are back in stock. All in all, not a bad piece of hardware for the amount of greenbacks paid. I would put three stars but, this particular does NOT have the little switch on it for normal and OC performance like it's older brothers do, which makes it a little easier to setup.

First time builder, this card is actually pretty good, I originally wanted to get the 5700xt or 2070 super but unfortunately those two are very hard to get especially retail price, so decided to get this one since to me it’s the closest I’ll get to a 5700xt and however I got good results I get about a average 60-70 FPS on games like counter strike and warzone , if you’re balling on a budget with your build I recommend this card does get hot tho but aren’t all graphics card supposed to when running?

I’ve been using this 5500xt, and I can say if you’re moving up from a igpu or an older RX card. You will notice the difference. On my RX 580 4Gb I was struggling to keep up with modern games, this 5500XT however handles everything like a friggin champ! Highly recommended!

Bought this amd graphics card. A week ago. Let me tell you. I'm in love with my graphics and how it looks. Everything looks way better from the x500 series I had before. For sure getting this graphics card. For my son's next pc build.
Just remember to tune your fans for your temps on your gpu. AMD system help you do that. Best look that up.

Not a bad card to settle on while you wait for something better to come back in stock. Installed in my pc and it works just fine. Its able to handle playing Battlefront 2 on 1440p at High settings and Destiny 2 on Max settings just fine. Im satisfied with this card for now.

This card runs quiet and cool (I'm running at around 42 c at idle and 50-60 c at full load). For a budget upgrade, it really gets the job done. I'm able to play newer titles at high res with full settings and getting at least 60 fps on most games.
Install was easy. Download the Radeon software from AMD and it will install drivers and set everything up for you. Overclocking using the Radeon software is easy too, pretty much just pushing a button (nice if you are new to oc'ing) or you can tweak settings if that's your thing.
The card itself is fat taking up two expansion slots in my case. However, the heat sinks and copper heat pipes are very effective at keeping the card cool especially under load. The fans don't run unless the card is working so that helps it to stay quiet when just browsing the net. It's not very loud under load either.
This was a good purchase that does what I need it to do.

Pros: Paired with a Ryzen 5 3600, games are smooth like butter! Perfect for 1060p60 gaming. Holds up my daily sessions of Gears 5 and my partner's modded Skyrim. Can handle higher framerates than 60fps in most modern games. Fans are surprisingly quiet. It looks sleek and fits nicely with an all black aesthetic. Comes with an PCI-e adapter cable just in case your PSU doesn't have the correct connects. Competitive pricing.
Cons: This video card is THICC in every sense of the word. This behemoth is so thick, I was unable to add my USB 3.0 card without it fitting snuggly next to the graphics card (which blocks the fans on the card). I'd recommend pairing it with an ATX motherboard and case if you plan on adding on any cards to your other PCI slots. If you don't plan on installing any extra cards, Micro ATX will work just fine.
If you're going for a minimalist look, want to stream and stream with the most bang for your buck, definitely worth a shot.

It's true what I say because all other AMD cards that I had gave me problems with installing them. This card, just worked straight out of the box with no problems. Just like an Nvidia EVGA card. I have to make that comparison because that's the way it has worked for me. I'm so happy because the price was right and I've always wanted to try this card. I'm really glad I did. This card has, IMHO, had surpassed and beat my expectations especially with installation and then running it. The software adrenaline works flawlessly. Man, Ryzen coming up and now this card is too. I think Intel better definitely take note. Of course, my experience with this card isn't going to match with everyone's but I recommend it plus think about the price difference compared to Nvidia EVGA or any others. I'd say give it a chance. You can always get your money back or exchange it for something different if it doesn't work out or meet your expectations. Good work AMD. I'm going to pick up another one. Another thing is the graphics are awesome in SWTOR and especially ESO.

Besides looking really cool the performance is great. I hit 70-80 fps on GTA with mostly very high settings. For the price it is on average 30$ more than a 580 on 590 but I can't complain because of the performance. 1080p gaming on mostly high settings is definitely doable with this graphics card. Moving from a rx570 to this, you'll notice the difference.

Huge punch for the price. Make sure you have plenty of airflow through your case though. This card runs hot on games like Modern Warfare. Handles most of what I play with ease. Make sure you have all of your drivers installed, including your monitor, or it'll crash frequently. Excellent card for a budget build.

This is a great card. It's been able to play anything I've tried to play, and didn't decimate my budget. Looks good in my case, and was super easy to install.
