I have paired this with a Ryzen 5 3600 CPU and 16 GB.
I purchased this because there was a shortage of NVidia RTX 2070 Supers. After installing (on 4/23/2020), It worked for a few days then I got the dreaded black screen. I used the AMD driver uninstaller, as well as DDU to make sure all drivers had been cleaned out before reinstalling the new drivers again. I haven't had any issues since.
New drivers came out on 5/25/2020, so I went through the same motion of removing old drivers before installing the new ones and I haven't seen any issues to this day (6/3/2020).
So far I am able to run any game I have tried at 1440p with high or ultra settings and still get over 60FPS (well over in many cases). I was very tempted to return it and get an RTX 2070 Super when they got more in stock, but I can't see spending another $100 just for a few more FPS.
I can say is that I am happy with it,
Now for the buyer beware part...
I have heard of a LOT of driver issues. Also, it runs HOT. You need to make sure you have a case that is good at getting rid of the heat. Lastly, it is heavy, expect to see some GPU sag. I have a mother board that has a "reinforced" PCIe slot. I have run the power cables from the top (to help hold it) as well as doing a few other tricks near the ports, it hasn't helped too much.

This card performs excellently.... When it works. The amd drivets for the 5700 series have been a nightmare. Random blue screens, compatibility issues with hardware acceleration, and generally black screen issues are everywhere. I experienced some of this, which was more than none, so I returned it. Exchanged for a 2070 super which has been flawless.
Tldr: at a good price, this is 95-98% of a 2070 super, for about $150 less. If you can deal with the software, it's an excellent deal, and probably the best value on a graphics card period.

This card gets a 5 for Looks and a 5 for Performance. The best looking and fastest 5700 in 1 package. I love XFX and MSI, but i gotta say, this time XFX has em beat. Great work XFX

Be careful, this card is HUGE. I ended up having to return it because I couldn't get my case together with this card installed. The replacement fits with a bit of room to spare. I can tell you that the 5700 XT chip is great, and I've had zero problems with any games I've thrown at it, mostly indie A-list titles from Steam.

This one did not work well from the start, freeze up when loading games, restart PC so many times and did not work with older monitors by giving only VGA resolution, I need to return for Nvidia card. It could be in need of good driver, this card are HUGE.

It works great, it is somewhat bulky so make sure you are using a standard ATX motherboard and a standard case unit.
