Perfect system for the kitchen. Love the streamlined, modern design - much better than the typical ugly boombox. Have used all formats of music - great sound, very smooth.

I absolutely love this system. Unlike the Bose radio, I like to be able to use buttons to navigate rather than just the remote. The sound is crisp and the CD player puts out ballroom sounds. I think the speakers on each side of the front evens out the sounds better. It's a very attractive system with the wood grain top and white sides and front. Very happy with this radio. I had it delivered to the Best Buy store and their customer service emailed my to let me know it came in.

Got this for the radio setting. A little on the expensive side but well worth it. The sound is great and its well put together. Very happy altogether with this audio system.

I really like this unit. Better choice than Bose. Good sound. Size right for desk or medium room. Has the features I wanted. Great all around unit that plays my cds, radio, Bluetooth, etc.

Simply put, after much research I ordered online from Best Buy what turned out to be a high quality cd player, clock radio. The sound is fantastic, fine appearance, and its fits nicely on the kitchen counter. Plus three days after my order it went on sale for $30 less which Best Buy price matched. Oh happy day! May all your buying experiences be as pleasant as this one was.

This unit has all of the virtues commonly associated with Yamaha devices: beautiful design, excellent performance and ease of use. It is perfect for use where small size and unobtrusiveness are important, such as in an office or bedroom. Radio and CD performance is excellent, and Bluetooth hooks up quickly and efficiently. I am very pleased, and recommend it highly.

Working nice as a kitchen substitute for my some more substantial music products. Radio, CD player, Bluetooth - has everything you can ask for today's contemporary musically-technical living. Very accurate and pleasant for eyes.

We have been Bose fans for a long time, but now our new Yamaha audio/radio system is "the best" and much better than our Bose radio for less money. It is worth taking a hard look.

decent fm reception, difficult setting time otherwise decent equipment considering cost

I returned this. Sound quality poor. I still play my music loud, and this system does not want to do that. Got a small shelf system for less than half what I paid for this, and it sounds a lot better.
