After having the same speakers for three decades, I decided to go outside my box and try something different. So glad I did, and was surprised of the sound the compact speakers made. Also the price was reasonable.

I was introduced to Musicast with thsi speaker. Flawlessly works with WiFi or Bluetooth. It is portable and top quality.

I own a Yamaha receiver, the Aventage A660, and I just love the fact that I can listen to just about anything from it and manage it from my iPhone.

Speaker works really well with phone on bluetooth and with home wifi. Sound is really good for the size.

After reading glowing reviews, I purchased many of these and a Yamaha MusicCast receiver. Initially, they worked fine - not as well as I had hoped, but good enough. I chalked some of the quirks up to issues with my WiFi and I made necessary upgrades to my router and modem. However, poor software updates and app quality have rendered them useless. I spend considerable time every time I want to use them trying to update the software (because they go missing from my queue). The app will show the speaker as having the latest software update, but when you look at the software release number, you know it isn't true. To be able to update the software, I have to delete and completely reinstall the speaker. I have 8 devices I have to do this for. Almost every time I go to use it some, if not all, have this issue. And, when I try to use those that are still linked, I get poor performance from them (and I've confirmed it's not my wifi signal causing this). I came back to look at reviews to see if anyone else has had the same issues and what fixes they might have only to find these are being discontinued. No big surprise there. I wish I could get my money back for these. Over $1,100 just wasted.

I am more than thrilled with my new purchase of the Yamaha WX010 wireless speaker for streaming music I would recommend this product to anyone interested in a low cost high-quality product

I bought this as a compliment to my new MusicCast receiver. So far, it has performed well. Set up is easy and allows the music to play in any area of the home thru the receiver.

We had a few issues setting it up initially but we use it regularly now. It sounds like a much larger speaker.

Great sounds from a small speaker. Good connectivity and works well as my Amazon Alexa speaker via Bluetooth as well. I'll probably add more to additional rooms soon.

It was a little hard to install for the novice, but with a little help from my more tech savvy daughter, we got it done and it works great

The unit has been used for mobile purposes and it has not disappointed. I considered purchasing a more expensive bluetooth speaker and I am glad I tried Yamaha - WX-010 first.

I primarily chose this speaker because we upgraded our receiver to a Yamaha 4 k receiver. We have been very happy with our purchase. I liked the fact that you can expand your speaker system one by one

This is a great addition to our home theater - we replaced a previous on - much better sound now.

Spent too much money as this speaker given the quality of the sound. Too much base. Not portable either. Disappointed.

Sound is great but not easy to keep connected to a receiver. Plus sometimes it breaks up.
