This YubiKey is an absolute must-have for anyone who takes online security seriously. It works exactly as expected, adding an extra layer of protection while being fast and reliable in daily use.One thing I really appreciate is how Yubico designs and manufactures these keys in a secure environment. They come in a sealed package with limited handling, ensuring that you’re getting a 100% secure token, direct from the factory. This is critical for security-conscious users, as it eliminates the risk of tampering or supply chain attacks.If you’re serious about security, always have a backup key stored somewhere safe (literally in your safe). If you lose your primary key, recovering access to secured accounts can be a nightmare. YubiKeys last for years, so having two is a smart investment.

Easy to use and recommended by cyber security experts. If an account or website doesn't support security keys (many don't), this model gives you the added option of using it in conjunction with the Yubico authenticator app to receive security codes. This allows you to secure accounts with this security key even if they don't support physical security keys.

It's a little expensive but definitely worth the piece of mind. it may be easy to lose since it's a little small but it fits on a keychain so that helps from misplacing or losing it. It's a little confusing at first because there are a few ways to use these but once you get it down then it's pretty easy. Over all very satisfied and which I knew about these sooner!

They recommend on their website to get 2 of these before using it (a backup), so I need to get another and was promised $5 to apply toward a 2nd one to do this review. I only put 5 stars because I am not going to talk down something I have not used other than to let you know that Yubico and some security tips I reviewed say to get 2.

Easy way to store passkeys. If you are concerned about saving passkeys on a device (phone, tablet, laptop) that could be compromised, a security key is a good alternative. There are several models, so be sure of compatibility before buying. Be aware that some accounts require two keys (a backup in case one is lost).

These are very durable and slim. The authenticator app allows you to use this when the site does not use physical keys. The NFC response is pretty quick too.

I've set this up with all the accounts I have that accept it and it works great. I bought the USB-C version planning to use a USB-A adapter on my desktop so it would plug in my phone with no adapter. It works fine with the adapter. I keep it on my keyring. Keep in mind it is recommended to have two but I wanted to try it out first. Will likely buy another for backup.

I selected this item after seeing a review on You Tubes All Things Secured and bought locally from a great company. Easy to set-up and makes me feel comfortable to have an added layer of protection.

If you are in the corporate world and your client/company secures and delivers access to infrastrucure using yubikey, then it's a no brainer you are going to buy this. If your client/company doesn't use it, then you have no reason to buy it as the key by itself is useless. Purchasing from Best Buy, do not just check online if it's available. Purchase it and then go to pick it up. I did the opposite and turned out they couldn't find it in the inventory. Don't make same mistake as me.

great addition to your security kit. easy to use after you read the instructions on their site. it's highly recommended to own at least two, so i'll be buying another soon. absolutely love it tho, thanks yubico <33

This is one of the best hardware keys available. As hackers increasingly circumvent 2FA using SMS, hardware keys such as this one offer a substantial threat reduction. Highly recommend using for financial accounts. This key is very thin and small. DON’T forget to purchase a second key as a backup!

does exactly what it is suppose to do and was a lot cheaper than buying a Biometric or fingerprint one with the same security in my opinion

So far so good protecting my email account. It was a little finicky with my Android phone but I still got it to work.
