From picking the cut of meat to type of cooking these temperature probes are awesome. The only downside I have is they cannot be used for measuring oil temperatures for deep frying.

The results appear to be very accurate and my turkey was perfectly cooked.

Works great cooking prime rib

It has definitely helped me cook some meats I would otherwise burn or dry out, the phone app keeps you on top of the grill and lets you know when to move or flip the meat and of course , when it’s done.
