Omg this drone is more than I expected, I own several drones like mjx bugs 3, jjrc drones and so forth. I am so happy with my purchase I might get another one, I haven't checked all the features but the return home does work flawlessly. This drone makes me smile from ear to ear, I have never owned a expensive drone until now and I'm so glad I made a move to get it, I did have problems scanning the code on the drone for the controller to work, so I did it manually. You will need your own usb cable to connect the controller to the phone. The included cable is to only charge the remote. Once you get the cable connected, follow the on screen steps, also make sure to install updates and once again follow on screen steps. Once you download the updates the remote will need to be restarted, also the app as well. As always FAA rules and enjoy your flight :)

What can i say This drone def is worth the 500 great Beginner to intermediate drone you can whiplash this baby around in the air or just calmly enjoy the smooth view from a birds eye view. The LEDs make night flying a night show and with that 45 mph speed its def fun to see it race across the night sky .

I bought this less than a year ago. The app was a little buggy, but I was able to get the phone to bind with the controller. This is a requirement if you would like to use all of the features of the drone. Well, in June, I did a firmware update and then my phone stopped binding with the controller. I, now, have the choice to only fly with the controller or my phone (which is very difficult to actually fly using a touch screen). I have been requesting assistance from Yuneec's customer support since then without any response. Obviously they would like your money, but don't care about keeping you satisfied. I would recommend you spend your money elsewhere if you would like a drone to work to it's full capacity. Oh, I have a Samsung Galaxy S10 and have even tried to use it with my old Galaxy S8 with the same results.
